“Pre-ordered a Celestron telescope & I was advised delivery will be mid Oct. I had an update at the end of Sept to say delivery will be 2-weeks, which proved accurate. Parcel Force delivery was safe & secure. The scope was a birthday present & the recipient is eager for clear skies to try it out. Overall, a very positive experience with Wilkinson. Thank you”

“I pre-ordered the Celestron Starsense Explorer DX 130 AZ telescope in early September as worldwide stock levels were very low due to Covid. I was told when a stock delivery would be due in and this was entirely accurate in the end. I was lucky enough to receive my order but was told I would be given the option of cancelling and being refunded if not enough stock arrived to cover the pre-orders. I made a couple of phone calls near to the stock delivery and was given the latest information in when it would arrive. Very friendly and helpful at all times during this whole process which made my experience with Wilkinson's a very happy one. Thankyou.”

“Great customer service, initially parcel force (part of Royal Mail) claimed they did not receive the camera from Wilkinson - only to find out that they lost the package and did no scan it when the camera was handed over to them by Wilkinson. And when investigated by Wilkinson the camera was suddenly found by Parcel Force. Absolutely shocking service from Parcel Force, and absolutely amazing service from Wilkinson (despite me being irritated on the phone - sorry...).”

“I hadn't used Wilkinson cameras before but turned to them when the lens I wanted was out of stock at my usual suppliers. My lens arrived very promptly on a Tuesday, having ordered it over the weekend with the standard delivery option. The lens was packaged well and arrived in pristine condition. Very good customer service - I will order from Wilkinson cameras again.”

“Good website, competitive pricing for UK spec camcorder, ordered on a Sunday, checked for despatch times on Monday, they were very helpful, received on Tuesday. Parcel was well packed with plenty of protection. Would use again.”

“Ordered the Samyang f1.2 35mm for my Sony e-mount camera. Took a while to come, but we're living in crazy times,so cant fault it. Great price looks a great lens. Need to get back to live music to test it out. Look forward to dealing with you again. Thank you.”
