“My 6 year old daughter is delighted with her RSPB binoculars. They arrived promptly. A kind soul even put a little packet of sweets in with the order, which was a very thoughtful touch - thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilkinson Cameras.”

“Rang Kendal store for advice on buying a card reader for my Z6 - very helpful - bought the Sony reader online from Wilkinson’s and with a USB-C to USB adapter it works perfectly for speedy uploads. Excellent service as I had from the Kendal store team when I bought my Z6 from them in store earlier this year.”

“Perhaps a strange review because I didn’t buy anything today, but have experienced superb customer service from the staff at the Southport branch. Basically I already have a very good camera previously bought from Wilkinsons, but my eye has caught something that appeals to me, but I am sitting on the fence whether to buy or not. Over a couple of visits to Southport store, the staff have been superbly patient and helpful towards me and I am left with the total sense that me having the right camera for me is important to them and they give advice on that basis ...... not to drive a sale home. This sort of customer focus seems to have been generally lost on the high street and is something that I, as a continuing Wilkinsons customer, have hugely appreciated over the past few days. I will make my buying decision over the next couple of days, but it will be a decision that will almost certainly fall from the conversations had with Alex and Adam. Thank you.”
