“Good price, quick delivery, camera seems O K but lack of any instructions makes it hard to carry out full. Checks I was told there would be a short/basic manual, hence the 4 stars now waiting for a guide book. Have found the Sony basic guide and it wasn't much help”

Thank you for your feedback, many manufacturer are reducing the amount of paper and only offer a quick start guide with their equipment as the full manual can be found online. We have emailed this to you. Kind Regards, Wilkinson Cameras

“Found the Canon printer I was after £20 cheaper than everyone else and I received it in the Isle of Man less than 24 hours after I placed my order! It still worked out cheaper after the highland and island delivery charge, so all in all I am well impressed!”

“Good service and camera arrived within an acceptable time. The only fault is your website saying FREE delivery on all orders over £100 this is not the case as when I got to check out there was a delivery charge of just under £10 please amend your website as this is very misleading.”

“I recently purchased a nikkor 400 2.8 fl lens. This being a speciality order the lens was a couple of weeks arriving. I was however kept up to date re. shipping and expected delivery by Lily from customer services who also telephoned to arrange a suitable delivery slot when the lens arrived at Wikinson's main hub. The lens arrived the next day superbly packed within the morning delivery slot as requested.”

“Impressive service. I am not normally one for buying gear over the Internet, however, I cannot fault the folk at Wilkinson Cameras. I picked up a 35mm film camera, the item in question was well packaged up, not to mention done very neatly. The camera itself was, if anything, better than described, and came with batteries, nice touch. Off the back of this firs order I cantact them with regard to a couple of other items they had listed. My questions regarding the gerar were answered quickly and concisely, with additional images of the equipment being sent. This all made my decision to purchase so much easier. When dealing with companies that you don't have the chance to visit, then confidence is a big part of the process, and in my dealings with Wilkinson Cameras have certainly impressed.”
