I was pleased with items i purchased but it took eight days to receive goods from day of ordering.

To James Allen, I made a payment for a new hose and reel. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the item and I messaged you to let you know about this. I was then refunded less £5.95. I assume this is the delivery cost. Unfortunately I did not receive the item but you have stated that you attempted twice to deliver. I and at least one member of our family have been in constantly and we have never had a delivery card to state you’ve been. I would like the delivery cost back as well please. Also I would still like to purchase the hose and reel. Can you please advise. Regards John.

Product fine but the tube was split so unfortunately the product squirted out from the side and not the nozzle ….

Hi, the service was great, very quick delivery. Unfortunately though the item was a let down. The caulk I purchased has badly cracked / crazed after over painting.

To date I've not used this product, so I'm unable to rate it's cleaning properties. However,on a positive note, I found the price to be reasonable and the order and shipping process to be efficient.

Very disappointed with the delivery date wouldn't have spent £6 for delivery if I'd realised it wouldn't have arrived on the Tuesday after a bank holiday. Better delivery service elsewhere.

order was processed quickly but was spoiled by the delivery company.Far from it being next day delivery it arrived lying on our doorstep 3days late.

Had a problem with item arriving damaged. Complained & got the usual corporate jargon about on occasion things go wrong. Had to spend time uploading photo's to confirm items were damaged. Eventually it was sorted out. Item was re sent out quickly and a refund was issued. But if they had spent the time packaging their items ready for their chosen parcel delivery company properly, i wouldn't of had to spend my time emailing them & the company having to spent time & money issuing a refund & sending out a new item. It doesn't make any sense. Anyway problem sorted and i would use this company again in the future. So a positive outcome in the end.

Ordered small part paid for next day delivery but ordered after 2pm on Wednesday so was expecting it to be delivered on the Friday didn't get delivered until the Monday afternoon so very expensive postage cost for second class delivery service

I used Wigley rather than Amazon to support a small trader. I however will not do so again. They are more expensive and take longer to deliver.

The hosepipe nozzle with water pressure keeps coming completely off the hosepipe. You have to keep reattaching it together.

Your website is ok to use, however your chosen delivery courier is useless as they have had my parcel out for delivery the last 3 days and I am still waiting to receive it. And unable to track the package either. Although why bother to use the tracker as it does not work!

Once the product arrived, it was in good condition. It is a pity the carrier twice failed to arrive after messaging with delivery times before they delivered on the third attempt.

I was pleased with tge gloves i had ordered but unfortunately they were too small. I have returned them and am currently awaiting a refund and a notification of when the larger size will b available. I hope this will be soon as the gloves are a present.

Giving 3 stars as didnt have a problem with Wigley and staff where polite but ordered a belt for a hoover delivery to northern ireland but received email the following day saying they could not post to Northern Ireland as postage costs were too expensive with their chosen courier. Order was cancelled and payment refunded. I believe they could have posted package too me for less than £2. Maybe they could look at pricing another courier or royal mail for deliveries to UK

Hi Craig, We would very much like to be able to ship to Northern Ireland in a cost effective way however, all the courier companies I have spoken to charge a hefty premium to send parcels there. As you mentioned Royal Mail is an option, however we have to send everything on a tracked delivery which means taking parcels to the Post Office which has a cost implication especially if it's just for one or two parcels. They are cheap for small parcels but very expensive for medium to large ones which then complicates our dispatch process. Royal Mail will also not send a large list of prohibitive items such as spray paint, and many others which are good sellers for us and this stops them being a viable option for the overwhelming majority of our consignments. Paid for Express delivery ... did not turn up I had to chase the order no impressed! Said they had tried to deliver... I was actually in ! No doorbell no neighbour's notified sorry product fabulous but feel ripped off for paying a delivery charge for next day delivery....that I did not get
