“Just the product that I needed for a stained glass project, available and quickly dispatched. Unfortunately, and probably beyond Wigley's control, the parcel seems to have been stamped on in transit resulting in the tube splitting and the contents smeared over the inside of the envelope. Still useable for the job, but less easy to store for future jobs.”
“The delivery company let me down ,they sent a text to say I was out when they tried to delivery ,which I wasn't . I emailed sales at Wigley and explained what had happened and they acted straight away by getting in touch with the delivery people . They got my order brought forward a day as the re delivery was for 2 days later. Sales at Wigley sent me an email letting me know what was happening . I feel Wigley D.I.Y. are a good company who care about their customers , the price of the emulsion is good and free delivery is even better . What happened to me wasn't the stores fault , I thank them very much for caring enough to help and yes I would buy from them again”
