“Brilliant service, came next day, this is our second purchase online and deffinatley be using again. The items were packed very securley with lots of protection. Great service.”
“Wigley did just as they said. Unfortunately let down by the delivery company they used, who ignored request to leave package in porch, So I had to make a 50 mile round trip to delivery companies warehouse to collect the product.
I would use Wigley again, but only if they get their delivery sorted out.”
“I’ve used Wigley DIY for many years I find the staff there very friendly and knowledgeable. As a local wood turner having a local DIY store with a dedicated well stocked turning department is extremely valuable. I would definitely recommend Wigley DIY.”
“The product HG grout floor and wall sealant clear was great and a good price from Wigley, however I paid extra for next day delivery and it failed to be delivered. In fact it was very late the following day too, which was very disappointing as I wanted to get on with the job.”
“Extremely impressed with service. Ordered and delivered within 24 hrs complete eith time slot. I had an issue with apparently missing screws. I had a phone call within 5 mins of sending my email and a very polite gentleman explained that the screws were already in place and the manufacturer had not corrected the instruction leaflet.”
