“Rather pricey when you add on vat and delivery but if they last as long as they're supposed to they will pay for themselves. Well packed and delivered as promised.”

“Useless service, I made clear that I didn't want to use a transformer and the sales person assured me they were high voltage. They were slow and unsure of themselves. Guess what ? I need a transformer. I have no confidence in this company. Terrible service by unqualified staff”

“Unfortunately I have to return the lamp holders as the cable is too short for my fitting and you don't do them longer. You didn't specify the length in the item spec. But your service was very prompt. I hope you will refund me when you receive the lamp holders. Many thanks”

“We bought mirrorstone GU10 daylight and warm white downlights for kitchen/dining room following useful information on website. Daylight definitely good for kitchen area any brighter would have been too much. Warm white does give a yellow light but we are pleased with overall effect of the two together. Easy to fit ,prompt delivery and hoping for cheaper bills. Thanks.”

I had to phone after a week to find out why my order hadn't been shipped; I had to wait a further week beyond the newly-promised date for delivery.”

“My order was slightly delayed however i emailed the day it was ment to arrive to ask if there was an issue. I received an email back from vishal the sales manager to ensure me he would make sue the order was sorted that day, sure enough it was and i got it the next day. “I say the sign of a quality company is not when everything goes right but what a company does if there is a slight unforeseen problem. Ordered 2 x IP68 waterproof pixel kits, served by Alex excellent knowledge excellent advice. Discounted the products, delivered ahead of stated date. Products were great price, fantastic quality just what Alex had stated. Amazing effects. Only issue was one of the supplied Power Supplies was faulty, arcing internally, (Company could not have been aware of the issue before dispatch). Contacted company, new Power supply dispatched that day no arguments , next day delivery (promised P & P refund). delivered AM next day what service. This is a genuine company with real passion for putting the customer first - Highly Recommend, you will not find better product or service. TY Alex and Richard who organised exchange”
