“I spoke to a lady on the phone sorry but can't remember her name, she was very helpful. she knew everything I needed for my project. I gave her my order and she told me which items I needed, the costings plus delivery charges. My order arrived in good time and everything is correct. I would like to give my appreciation to the lady I spoke to, as she was very courteous and nice and dealt with me in a very professional manor. Many thanks Pete Goodrum”

“Very quick delivery time-considering Christmas rush!! Well packaged and I am very happy with the quality of this item. One question I would like to ask is it possible to buy a separate motion detection module to wire into the mainframe of this item? Thanks Mike Richmond.”

Helpful Report

“Easy to deal with, gave me good advice on what I needed and the light I bought seems to be well made and competitively priced. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 as product took 8 days to be delivered, but I was told there would be a short delay at ordering time.”

“Great service and product. Very happy round and will be buying again soon!”

Helpful Report

“Just what we wanted. The lights are just bright enough but not overpowering.”

Helpful Report

“Nice quality LED strip lights, very neat aluminium housing track, diffuser and fittings. Would prefer the LED drivers not to have pre-soldered tails, which would make for a better fit as under unit lights, and would obviously have less connections. Delivery good. Phil.”

“I am now able to give you a review on the supply of my lamp that was ordered on the 25th November and delivered today the 16th December. It would of been useful if you had informed me that there would be a delay as soon as I had placed the order not weeks later. R Thomas”
