“Great product adding finishing touch to led lights.”

“My query written on your website received no response. However, I figured out my order from your very good website. It was good to see delivery costs built into the prices rather than added on at the end. The order arrived very promptly after ordering and it was good to have connection tales fitted to each of the led strips which were cut to the lengths I requested. I was concerned that the labels on the adapters were totally different from the order number and the wattage supported by each was not on the label. Also the led strips had no means of identifying colour/ output. I emailed you to this effect but received no response. Your website is good and gives good details of an excellent range of products, however, your customer service via your website and via your email are non existent!”

“These replacement lamps are brighter than the 50 Watt halogen that we replaced - the new LED's are only 7 Watts each - that should reduce both my electricity consumption and the build up of heat in our kitchen”

Helpful Report

“Easy to use website and online ordering. Items delivered very quickly. Will use again.”

“I spoke with George who was very helpful. I had looked at a couple of other websites with bad reviews on service etc, this website came out top and full Marks from me, George was helpful and explained everything I needed and the price was very good. I haven't received my lights yet but George explains they should be with me soon. 10/10 for service and been so helpful”

“Items are great, easy to install. However it wasn't delivered in 48 hours it was delivered in 96. Curious to think if i had chosen the 24 hour delivery would I have received them in 24 or 48. Its likely I will use the company again, but really need to sort out delivery times”

“The item arrived when it was ment to the only problem was the post office who said that they tryed to deliver the parsed and left a card even though we were in all day so I had to get it from the post office most other couriers seemed to manage ok this I know was not your fault”

Helpful Report

“A good product easy to install and works very well but it as many led products these days lacks any paper work ie no fitting instructions I know it is easy but a small picture would help and show you have done it correct”
