“I bought a number of these lights to replace my R63 for the front room and kitchen. The service was fab and the lights in the Kitchen are bright and make a great difference very pleased as they don't keep blowing. Unfortunately the two in the front room didn't like my dimmer switch and did blow fairly soon after installation. I have now removed the dimmer. Hope that helps, Paul.which”

“I am very disappointed in LED lights - I did have 12 v dichroic lamps and was quite happy but was then told that LED were much better and saved an awful lot of money? I have bought quite a few GU10 bulbs now the latest being 560 lumens and even they are no where near what I had before I started - not impressed at all - in fact I would consider reverting back but I had to enlarge the original hole to accommodate the new fittings? regards john”

“The LED lights were a good buy and am pleased with the 120deg light spread. The yellow colour isnt very yellow so the light given off is still quite cold. I paid extra for the dimmers, but the new dimmer switches I purchased couldnt handle the very low wattages. I've since replaced them all as I'm not happy with the quality of light given.”

“Bought three LED spotlights for the kitchen. Chose the cool white and very pleased with them. They illuminate immediately, unlike some other energy savers. These give a very bright, almost clinical, brightness, which I like. My son asks whether I'm cooking or performing surgery. If they last as long as predicted then they will be a top quality purchase.”

“Reasonable quality product at a good price. Only problem is the spring retaining clips, they just aren't good enough. To fit the lamps the spring clips need to be pushed back just over 90degrees so the lamp can pass through the hole. Unfortunately the clips actually bend and do not return to their normal position to hold the lamp in place against the ceiling. I've had to fix mine from the loft side which I fortunately had access to.”

“The led lights are excellent, as was the service I received from this supplier. One of the ten that I bought failed after 24 hours and I will soon get that replaced. I will also be buying some more to replace the rest of the CFC spotlights.”

“I have ordered lamps/lights from this company before and the service was faultless on both occasions. I do have one issue which is one of the lamps has failed, could somone please contact me and arrange a replacment as soon as please, this will test their response time in resolving the issue. i will update you with my results as soon as they respond.”

“The quality and pricing of the items that I purchased have very appearance of being good. However, when it came to delivery there were significan shortcomings. 2 orders were placed but on each occasion the item was out of stock pending new supplies and no attempt was made to inform me that there would be a delay (quite considerable) before delivery. I had to either phone or keep checking my order status. That is not good service. Added to which I was not impressed when my credit card was debited upon receipt of the order - some 4 weeks BEFORE despatch. The debit should not have been processed until the goods were available. It suggests a company with cash flow problems.”

“Purchased G9 bulbs in cool white to replace 3 halogen lights. Obviously not as bright but the saving in electricity is huge and I suspect an even bigger saving will be achieved in the 20,000 hours lifetime compared with the very limited lifetime of the halogen bulbs!!”
