“Ordered my LED lights on 18th december.Web site stated they were in stock . Late december after 2 phone calls was told there was no stock and they were waiting for orders and was told they would be sent out early January. I rang again before Januar and received very polite apologies and an asssurance that the would be sent out shortly...I finally received word that my parcel was shipped out on 2nd January. It arrived the 6th January. Almost half of the items were missing, the two GU 10s I ordered were to be cool white - I received warm white. I complained and asked for a refund for the missing items which was done promptly. Not good service - I could have bought the lot at a local store for a few pounds more and had them immediately. Jim”

“If there was a higher grade, I would award that. Great service first time round but one of the ten lights I sent for was u/s so I emailed them to ask what their procedure was for returns. No reply to that - just a replacement bulb sent the next day! No questions asked. Brilliant service. From a very, very satisfied customer.”

“I needed to soft light a corner of my kitchen and after some research ordered two 3 watt, cool white, led down lights. They arrived within 2 days. They are an led light bulb incorporated into a polished silver metal unit connected to a small transformer. I fitted them into existing holes I had used from previous down lights and connected to mains wiring already in place. It took me half an hour to complete the task. They look really professional high quality light fittings. The light emitted is better than expected. I am delighted with the product and the service. If I was wanting to light a full room with these style of leds I would use higher power ones and probably in warm white.”
