“Poor delivery time. After waiting one week and two emails later I received a reply saying my item was being dispatched. Thom apologised for the delay and gave me a 15% discount. I would've been happy if they had informed me of the reason for delay. I've had no problems with delivery before, but it has still made me think twice about using the company again.”

“The website is excellent; I did not need to speak to anyone. Delivery was spot on. The R80 LED downlighter bulbs are brilliant, in both senses of the word; I hope they last a lot longer than the previous Halogen bulbs I bought from Homeserve which had an annoying habit where the glass bulbs fell out and shattered on the kitchen floor! and the previous compact fluorescent bulbs with an advertised life of 10000 hours from B&Q; you were lucky to get a tenth of that. “Good product, quick despatch. However, it would have been helpful if someone had bothered to email me the information that what I wanted was out of stock. I rang after waiting for 3 weeks, and was told that "they will be in next Tuesday". The products arrived the following Friday, so I can't fault them on that. I will use the supplier again as they seem to have items not available elsewhere, at sensible prices.”

“Delivery was fast, great service. However I'm a little disappointed with the colour temperature of the lights, they are supposed to be warm white but definitely aren't. The light emitted from them is more like pure white where as I expect warm white to have a hint of yellow/orange in it.”

“Discovered the company via the internet (as you do, these days). Ordered one lamp to start with as I wanted to check if it worked and on my lighting system and was capable of being fitted into my various existing lamp-holders. I was kept up to date by email with the order as it was processed and the package arrived within 24 hours. Great service - just as one would hope for. The MR16 lamp is great - brighter than my existing 50w halogens and a nice warm white that's almost indistinguishable from the halogens. I'm going to convert the lot (about 40 in total) as the savings on future running costs should be substantial.”
