“The company was extremely accommodating as I had made n error on the original order and when I rang them they were very helpful and sorted it before despatch. Great service well done The lights were good too”

“I use these in dining and lounge in triple setups. Work a treat. Saves a considerable amount of electric. We used 9 x 60w bulbs compared to 9 x 6w led. Its the future no contest, just brilliant.”

“Excellent service easy to order the lamps, sent as promised and arrived on time as advised. Reorder additional items based on the service..can recommend this supplier. One observation that would make the review 5 star would be the addition of a flexible connector for connection of these T5 LED Tube Light lamps where a corner is encountered in the lamp run - an extra power connector enable a DIY solution, but a ready made connector would be so useful.... ;-))”

“Website not over clear when wanting to pay. I put a purchase order number in, which I need to do for finances our end, AND payment details. When I originally rung two weeks after placing order I was told stock was just in and would be shipped that day. When not received one week later rung again to be told that I hadn't paid! I explained everything and then got informed that because I put in purchase order number that payment wasn't taken! Was surprized and annoyed that this hadn't been explained to me on my original call. Disappointed with packaging as considering it is seven LED bulbs totally nearly £60 that they only came in a padded envelope!”

“I wanted a 2 gang dimmer for LED spotlights and could not find anything suitable in the local DIY stores. Did a search on the web and found exactly what I wanted here. Item exactly as described and arrived in a couple of days.”

“I collected from the store and the service was very good. However the website does not make it clear that prices are ex VAT until you go to checkout. This can be misleading when comparing prices.”

“The G9 4W LED is a brilliant product and a more than equal replacement for the original G9, with the added bonus of 90% saving on running costs! The only downside was the delay in sending the product to me. There was no indication on the website that the product was not in stock. In this age of on-line products/ordering customers expect, as I did, to have a quick turn around, 2 weeks form ordering/payment to delivery seems fairly poor service to me.”
