“I have had problems with poor quality LED bulbs in the past so I was careful this time around. I emailed and then spoke to this supplier first. The responses were very courteous and helpful. I ordered 10 GU10 6W LED bulbs, cool white and fitted them today. They seem a good quality bulb and provide a much better light than the 50W halogen they replaced. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“Excellent service easy to order the lamps, sent as promised and arrived on time as advised. Reorder additional items based on the service..can recommend this supplier. One observation that would make the review 5 star would be the addition of a flexible connector for connection of these T5 LED Tube Light lamps where a corner is encountered in the lamp run - an extra power connector enable a DIY solution, but a ready made connector would be so useful.... ;-))”

“Website not over clear when wanting to pay. I put a purchase order number in, which I need to do for finances our end, AND payment details. When I originally rung two weeks after placing order I was told stock was just in and would be shipped that day. When not received one week later rung again to be told that I hadn't paid! I explained everything and then got informed that because I put in purchase order number that payment wasn't taken! Was surprized and annoyed that this hadn't been explained to me on my original call. Disappointed with packaging as considering it is seven LED bulbs totally nearly £60 that they only came in a padded envelope!”

“The G9 4W LED is a brilliant product and a more than equal replacement for the original G9, with the added bonus of 90% saving on running costs! The only downside was the delay in sending the product to me. There was no indication on the website that the product was not in stock. In this age of on-line products/ordering customers expect, as I did, to have a quick turn around, 2 weeks form ordering/payment to delivery seems fairly poor service to me.”
