One item was out of stock initially and this was made clear and then received quickly after the date you advised. And delighted with the results of changing to LED. Better quality of light and the satisfaction that it is not costing as much on the electricity bill! Keep up the good work”

“I was happy with the lights and the lamps, the only problem was with delivery, the lights arrived a week after placing the order but the lamps didn't arrive with the lights, it took them another week to arrive which meant my toilet was in darkness for another week.”

“I'm so pleased with the whole experience of my purchase. The product was available at a reduced price. The web page was easy to navigate. My order arrived so fast and the fittings are quality. I had a snag with just one which had some markings so I popped off an email with pics but as it was Easter break and I had a spark on site doing jobs I decided to call through as I needed to know they could respond quickly. I wish I'd got names - they were really great. Excellent after sales service which, in my book, is when businesses are truly tested. My new fitting arrived, again very quickly. I didn't have to recall my spark. It couldn't have gone smoother.”
