“the product is superb. value for money but what I am not impressed with was the huge in delay in delivery inspite of paying for the 48 hours delivery. However, I emailed to ask for a refund because as promised it was not delivered by 48 hours and that was not acceptable that the money was taken but not delivered. Also I had to send a few emails to track where my stuff was. This needs to improve and needs to be more efficient.”

“First the good: Product was great and exactly what I wanted, good value for money Then the not so great: Although I paid for next day delivery 2.99, it was unclear that it did not include certain days. So I waited longer than planned. Even when outside of the days they do not deliver I still did not get the next day service. they told me as it was a special order item they would need an extra day. I accepted that and asked them for a refund on my next day delivery service. @ weeks now and now refund on that.”

“I rang to place an order because i wasn't sure what i would need for the job and the customer service was brilliant. It all arrived very quickly and when i had a slight issue with on of the connectors, i ran up and they sent out a replacement the next day, no fuss. very impressed and the lights very easy to install and look great.”
