“I bought 5 LED downlights of various sizes to replace R63 and R80 old style downlights. They are of good quality and good value for money. Light output was better than expected. Had a problem with an interface connector but this was quickly replaced. I have since then bought some R50 replacement LED lights and I shall continue to buy from this store. They are most helpful.”

“although not connected yet the lights are very nice and slim, came well packed in a sturdy mailing tube and the helpline was very helpful, (after finding out this item was out of stock) the guy found me two and they were mailed quickly, as and when I will replace all my fluorescents with these, thanks.”

“Light was delivered quickly but came with the wrong connector. I spoke to Vishal who diagnosed the problem after I sent him some photos of the parts. He was very helpful and apologetic. The right connector arrived in the post on Wednesday this week. However, in order to fit the light I still had to cut off the male connector from the light and then wire it directly into the new connector. This was very fiddly indeed. Fitting the light should really have been just a wire into loop and plug-in process. I may need another one of these lights and I hope that next time it will be easier. I am reluctant to buy another one unless you can assure me that this is the case. So a bit of a moan, although Vishal was very good. Regards, John Bragg”

“I was buying a replacement LED for a G9 bulb. I guess that possibly somewhere on the website was a guide to what 'Lumen' means. A comparison with the power of an old G9 would have helped me buy a more powerful LED than the 3 lumen one. The Leds arrived the next day so that was a pretty good delivery time.”
