“Ordered goods and paid extra for 48 hr delivery still waiting for goods NOT HAPPY Goods arrived on 24th ordered on 17th. That withstanding the LEDs all work and the motorhome is much brighter, if you don't mind waiting use this company just don't pay for express delivery.”

“Bought these as a trial with a view to eventually replacing a whole flatful of CFL bulbs, which give out a pathetic glimmer (and seem to fail regularly after a day or two in use). Initial impressions very favourable. These are MUCH brighter and use a bit less power (9W compared with 11W). Only time will tell how long they keep working. I bought one warm white and one cool white. The cool white is VERY harsh, so if I buy more I'll go for the warm white (which is much less yellow than the old CFL bulbs).”

“Placing the order was straightforward. However, 15 minutes later I realised that my order was not correct so I telephoned and spoke to a most helpful gentleman. He patiently made the changes I needed, and the revised order was received in due time, and well packed. Delighted with the service and the courteous attention to my phone call. “Very good products i can highly recommend them. I ordered some led lamps on the website and specified next day delivery. When 2 days had gone i phoned the company and spoke to someone who told me the reason they hadn't arrived was because they were out of stock, some would be back in stock in 4 days the others may not be in stock for a couple of weeks. I was not happy about this but agreed to let the order stand and wait for them to arrive. I think i should have been refunded my next day delivery payment but was not offered this. Please change your website to show when items are out of stock and when they will be back in stock.”

“Ordered dimmable retro style candle bulbs. Price very competitive and the only supplier of this type of bulb that I could find. I was aware that you required a LED compatible dimmer switch. These are offered by Wholesale LED Lights but even better was the dimmer module to swop with your existing switch facia. Products arrived within the 2/3 working days specified via Royal Mail 48. Very pleased with purchase.”
