“Very happy with service and product from LED Lights. I ordered a floodlight on the great, easy to use website but only realised after that it was the one without the PIR. Called customer service and the very helpful lady cancelled that one and put through the order for the one with a PIR, adjusted the price over the phone with debit card payment. Very happy with product, service and prompt delivery. Will definitely buy from here again. thanks”

“Delivery took 3 weeks even tho website said they were in stock and on 2 day delivery, at no point was I contacted to let me know they were out of stock and this made my job harder as I had to work around this. on the plus side the lights look great, I just hope they last.”

“Over 3 days and at least 5/8 phone calls no one could take my address down properly it was only a query that I had my order that I noticed the address was wrong And after numerous calls with different people who still managed to get it wrong eventually it got sorted a week later not over impressed on my first order Rgds Alex Turko”

“Have now installed the LED strip lighting. Very pleased with the product. Far better than I anticipated. Kitchen has been transformed. Now intend to order further strips for the utility room. Unfortunately you were not competitive with the drivers. I find the people I spoke with very helpful and reassuring. Delivery was quick. I like the service you provide by installing fixed tails and Led strips cut to my required lengths. The self adhesive backing seems to work well, however time might tell here.”

“Having studied your excellent website, a telephone discussion with a member of your staff removed concerns in my mind about compatibility of LEDs with my existing transformers feeding halogens. Order arrived very promptly and the new LEDs fitted my ceiling holders and produced a most satisfactory illumination. Altogether the purchase was a most pleasant experience.”
