“Having placed an order for what I believed was a quantity of 2 LED strips (by entering 2 in the quantity box), I received only one but with the length of two. I emailed with my query explaining I had only received one and the response I got was that because I stated I'd 'cut it myself' the 2 = length of two, not 2 separate items. The website is VERY unclear on this. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to understand this, but luckily I had authorised the Google Shop help for this purchase and was able to open it through there. As requested, I then as a good will gesture got the second length. I would recommend that your website is made MUCH clearer in regards to quantity. But in the end customer service did pull through, so thank you very much.”

“Order arrived promptly but an additional fitting kit ordered was missing. A phone call got it sorted. The T5 strip light delivered is a very different colour output from a previous version delivered 2 weeks previously despite both being supposedly 'warm white' 3000K.”

“The light fitting itself is the usual slim fitting with connection lead and transformer,the cover of the transformer was removed from the body and was exposing the components which is potentially a very dangerous situation and needs addressing may be a contravention of the BS standards??. The lights when powered are disappointingly lacking in lumens and not as expected. Another point that should be mentioned is the cut out size is of 105 mm which is a very difficult size of hole saw to find so be warned.”

“Website could be a bit easier to find things on, probably down to IT guys who set it up, arrived roughly when it was supposed to, bulbs seem fine but as always there is no way to gauge how long they will last, only what you are told their life should be.”

“One item was damaged by Parcel Force so I contacted WLED and they told me to return the one that was damaged. I had to pay another £18.11 before they would send a replacement. That was received within two days. I returned the broken one the same day that I received it AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF £18.11 after 3 reminders !!!”

“Having ordered led lights on line on a Monday at approx 4,30 pm and paying for 24 hour delivery I would have expected lights to arrive on Wednesday at latest ! Having spoken to customer services on Wednesday I was told they were special order and I would get them on Thursday , think this needs looking at otherwise all good”
