“Supplied a profile track in which the diffuser doesn't fit properly. Can only be slid in, however as a rebated profile there is no way the profile can be slid in. Not really very good at all. By the time I spent time forcing the profile in I could've bought a proper one for the time it has cost me trying to rectify a substandard product.”

“These lights are super bright, just what I needed for a large garage. The price from Wholesale LED Lights is unbeatable. Due to the brightness and the simple layout, virtually all shadows have been eliminated! The units are light, compact and very easy to install. As most reviewers have commented, the connection lead is very short; easy enough to extend through a connection box but a bit awkward if the wiring needs to be concealed - I could not find these connectors in a re-wireable form although short pre-formed extensions and inter-connectors are available. The product was well packaged and delivered quickly. I have Wholesale LED on my favorites bar now as I will definitely use them again.”

“Having placed an order for what I believed was a quantity of 2 LED strips (by entering 2 in the quantity box), I received only one but with the length of two. I emailed with my query explaining I had only received one and the response I got was that because I stated I'd 'cut it myself' the 2 = length of two, not 2 separate items. The website is VERY unclear on this. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to understand this, but luckily I had authorised the Google Shop help for this purchase and was able to open it through there. As requested, I then as a good will gesture got the second length. I would recommend that your website is made MUCH clearer in regards to quantity. But in the end customer service did pull through, so thank you very much.”

“Very helpful person on phone who not only addressed my very unconventional need but made me feel as if it was nothing more than a straightforward request. The solution works perfectly, and is so much better than my local electrical shop (national chain) was suggesting. Well done.”

“We bought 2 lights, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. We searched for a while online and your website was by far the best for what we were looking for, both in terms of choice and price. The site was easy to navigate and check out and delivery was extremely quick. 100% satisfied, thank-you.”

“Order arrived promptly but an additional fitting kit ordered was missing. A phone call got it sorted. The T5 strip light delivered is a very different colour output from a previous version delivered 2 weeks previously despite both being supposedly 'warm white' 3000K.”

Hello John, It's great to see you like your new LED Tube lights. My apologies about the difference in light colour, the only reason this would be is the tubes you would have received would be from different batches. Kind Regards, Vishal

“I was very impressed as it took less time to be delivered than expected.”

Helpful Report

Hi Jane, It's great to see you got your order promptly. Hopefully you'll get a lot of use from your new light fitting. Kind Regards, George

“The light fitting itself is the usual slim fitting with connection lead and transformer, the cover of the transformer was removed from the body and was exposing the components which is potentially a very dangerous situation and needs addressing may be a contravention of the BS standards??. The lights when powered are disappointingly lacking in lumens and not as expected. Another point that should be mentioned is the cut out size is of 105 mm which is a very difficult size of hole saw to find so be warned.”

“Website could be a bit easier to find things on, probably down to IT guys who set it up, arrived roughly when it was supposed to, bulbs seem fine but as always there is no way to gauge how long they will last, only what you are told their life should be.”
