“My order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item, an LED panel, had been damaged in transit. A quick phone call and email later and replacement was quickly posted. Maybe the packaging could have been sturdier but the response to the problem was good and quickly sorted. Good service.”

“Ordered 3 items expecting delivery within 48 hours. Nothing arrived. Called customer services who said they were waiting for one item to come in from supplier but it was due in that day and I would receive the order the following day. Nothing arrived. I sent 2 emails and didn’t receive any response. Called customer services again who said the item was out of stock and no idea when they would get more in. Nobody bothered contacting me. I didn’t receive a response to my emails as the person that dealt with emails was off sick! Got a refund”

“I was under the impression that I was ordering a surface LED light that I searched for. The light I ordered cost £31+ delivery and when it arrived it was only a replacement light and needed a surface mount. I contacted WLED and explained that the ordered light was not what I thought it and was sent a link for the surface mount costing £40+. I then asked if I could return the item and was informed that as there was nothing wrong with the order ( which has not yet been established as I cannot use it) I would have to pay the postage plus a 15% handling charge. I told them that I thought that it was excessive to charge 15% on top of postage and told them that I would sooner smash it than pay 15% for something I don't have. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then ordered a light complete and usable for 31 FREE DELIVERY from Lights in Germany delivered and fitted in 3 days, WLED that is how you do customer service, don't rip off your customers and make sure that the item ordered is what is required, if some does go wrong do everything in your power to keep your customers happy.”

“I bought a 20w LED light bulb for £15 after good reviews, more fool me. Ordered at weekend, delivered Thursday, so reasonable service. However, the product was very disappointing. The light is cold, eerie and rather dim. I knew it was cool white when I wanted warm white, but they don't stock them. The poor light may be a result of the design of an LED bulb with the lamp shade. I don't understand why the sides of the bulb are white, but if most light is emitted from the end, it could be blocked by the shade (a pendant uplighter with black in the centre of the bottom) compared to other types of bulb, which give good light. It would be nice to know if this is the case”

“Sent wrong items and a return label for a letter advising to return the incorrect items signed for as they would not take responsibility for non returned items, return label covered 58p return package signed for cost £3.95 emailed several times but been ignored now not happy as I don't see why I should pay for their mistake...............”

Via the Live Chat line, Taegan was able to offer helpful advice and confirm that my choice of downlights and bulbs were a good match. My order was delayed because my choosen downlights were out-of-stock but the items did arrive within 10 days of placing my order. The downlights were easy to install and provide a good light in the kitchen.”

“I ordered a light with 4000K daylight bulbs - I received the light with 4500K cool white bulbs. After querying it, I am told they are 4500 daylight bulbs even though each box told me it was Cool White. Possibly a printing error on the boxes - yea right. I can buy cool white anywhere. The only reason I shopped there was to get the Daylight bulbs. Will not shop here again.”
