“Having decided to replace the existing track lights in our kitchen, an internet search led me to Wholesale LED Lights. Via the Live Chat line, Taegan was able to offer helpful advice and confirm that my choice of downlights and bulbs were a good match. My order was delayed because my choosen downlights were out-of-stock but the items did arrive within 10 days of placing my order. The downlights were easy to install and provide a good light in the kitchen.”

“I ordered a light with 4000K daylight bulbs - I received the light with 4500K cool white bulbs. After querying it, I am told they are 4500 daylight bulbs even though each box told me it was Cool White. Possibly a printing error on the boxes - yea right. I can buy cool white anywhere. The only reason I shopped there was to get the Daylight bulbs. Will not shop here again.”

“Ordered 3 outside lantern wall lights with PIR detectors. Received 3 lantern dawn-to-dusk wall lights, yet shipping receipt confirmed that PIR lights were sent. When pointing out the error made by yourselves (after an electrician had been booked to fit the lights) I was told that I had to make arrangements to package and return the lights to you and take them to a Post Office and send by recorded delivery. The replacement (and hopefully, correct) lights will not be sent by yourselves until you receive the lights you sent in error. Who pays for the return postage? Who pays for the wasted electrician time? Who pays for the difficulty and nuisance of taking a large package to a Post Office (have you ever tried to find a Post Office now?)? If you are into having a website and selling on-line, then you should make far better arrangements for returns particularly when it is your mistake. One star is too much. Shame on you!”

“Hi, I thought the service was great when I rang up, got advise and ordered some bulbs. I was told they had just arrived and would leave the next working day. When the package did not arrive I rang up and subsequently found out that I had been misinformed, the delivery had not only not arrived but wasn't due for several weeks! I asked for a refund and bought from another supplier.”

“1. Website listing items that are not available anymore - was fine when alternative arranged. 2. Took three deliveries to finally get the right items. 3. Initial order placed 14/03/19. Finally resolved and installed 29/03/19 - two weeks!! 4. Communication woeful. Do not reply to many emails. Was always me that had to make calls to follow up on what was happening.”

“These LED lights were bought for a retired old lady friend of mine which meant that I dealt with the order but goods delivered to her separate address which could have caused complications but didn't. I found my dealings from initially placing the order,being kept in the picture and with excellent delivery so no problems. My friend is very happy with the bulbs.”

“Bulbs different to those shown on website, therefore did not fit. Took 9 days of back and forth contacting (chased by me several times) to be told I had ordered the bulbs that were sent. No option to return for refund or replacement”

“The bulbs i ordered were delivered very promptly, within two days, all of them worked as expected. The only slight issue for me & this is nothing to do with the excellent service provided is the fact that the cool white led bulbs appear to be a cold blue type light, the warm white is much more in line with standard incandescent bulbs & much easier on the eye”
