“I was some what disappointed with the delivery the light is perfect for the room I have it instaled in but the 48hr delivery took from 10.3.2015 until 25.3.2015 and I had to phone to make certain you had received my order.”

“Although my order took a few days to dispatch, it arrived within one working day after being sent. The product itself (a 6W LED filament BC GLS dimmable light bulb kicking out 650 lumens) was very good though - although I need to upgrade my current dimmer switch to one of the latest Varilight V-PRO ones for it to work properly, as my current dimmer switch (a remote control one) was having the bulb lit (albeit dimly) when the dimmer switch was turned off, simply because the very low current flowing through the circuit when the dimmer switch was off was enough to light the bulb - although that's the fault of the dimmer switch, not the bulb. So once I get the new dimmer switch in place, then all should be well. Aesthetically, this bulb is *amazing* though, looking pretty much identical to a good old clear incandescent bulb, ideal for the lampshade that it's in at home, and the light output is good for a 6W bulb too. I definitely think that LED filament bulbs are the way to go for light fittings where you really want to show the bulb off, e.g. chandeliers, and have something that looks as close as possible to an old fashioned incandescent bulb, but without eating electricity for breakfast!”

“Very helpful pointed me in the right direction to which led light strip I requied to convert my caravan fluorescent lights to LEDs .recieved them in time allocated modified my fluorescent light fitting fitted and did the job a treat . Only problem I had was I should have choose the cool lights my fault . Going back to order more leds to finish job this time in cool colour really pleased with company attitude and help thanks very much Keith Cooper”

“Staff very helpful but had a problem with delivery! I paid for next day delivery on fri 13th of March and they did not come until Thursday 19th of March because apparently there was a delay from there supplier! Whatever the problem they had at there side should t affect my promise and this delayed my electrician to work on my kitchen and no refund? Poor after service :(”

“I have been trying to find MR16 LED bulbs that fit our holders. I did not realise that they came in a shorter length until I read a review on your site. Ordering was simple and confirmation almost immediate. I was kept up to date on the status of the order and when they would likely be delivered. They arrived today and I am very pleased with them, one small problem still exists in that they do not seat completely in the holder - but a lot better than others I have tried, so I guess our old holders are to blame. The clip just about holds them in as the LED bulbs are of a different shape to the old halogen ones. Great price and service, I now look forward to years of savings on our electricity bills”

“I picked these lights as the colour temperature was 3000K. They are now installed, and the colour of the light is nice, very much like a fluorescent light, rather than a filament bulb. I hope they last a long time !”
