“My initial phone contact was dealt with in a friendly efficient manner. I am by no means electrical savvy and the person I spoke to was able to explain what I needed. The first order arrived very promptly. One of the units appeared to be defective and was replaced after a phone call with no quibble. I would recommend this company.”

“This is my 5th order. Very pleased with the led bulbs, and the service has been great. This last order included a wrong despatch, but a telephone call resulted in an immediate replacement and labels to return the incorrect bulbs.”

“I ordered a 1500mm LED strip light. It arrived the next day! It is brilliant (pun intended). Just as bright as my old fluorescent light, and much easier to fit. Only one downside, it has a very short cable to connect it to the supply, and needs an inline connector, which makes it difficult to have discreet wiring. It would be much better with the supplied plug capable of being hard wired. Other than that.....great!”
