“Easy ordering, 15% discount, rapid delivery and the bulbs are terrific. So we are now using one tenth of the power with our GU9 lights.”

“The high-bay lamp ordered was not well-packed. As a result the shade/reflector was dented when it arrived. As this lamp will be in an outhouse and suspended quite high up so the dent won't matter too much. I know I could probably ask for it to be replaced but I can't spare the time. None the less, items should not arrive damage for want of extra bubble wrap. If not for the poor packing this order would have merited a good or even very good rating.”

“I've just ordered 3 more of these. I hope they are more reliable than previous batches, because the reliability is nowhere near stated. I have had a total of 5 failures in 1 year, so it is good that these were replaced. I note that the writing on the bulb is different, so perhaps it is a different manufacturer with better quality controls. This is why I only currently give an average rating.”
