Appalling customer service. My worst ever experience of online purchasing. No order confirmation, inaccurate product description, no confirmation of return receipt and as yet no refund (10 days after return).. not worthy of one star. I will not use this company again.

Couldn't be worse. Have used them a few times and they have consistently failed to deliver. On 3 separate occasions the product has been sent to the wrong place despite correcting staff on each occasion. Promises which fail to materialise are commonplace and the orders were not even complicated. Still waiting for my current order which was promised for delivery a week ago and every day in between. I will definitely not be using again.

Waiting for light to be fitted. Had to wait for delivery would have been nice to be told it was going to be delayed had to ring a couple of times. Was told I should get it the week I ordered it

By far THE worst service I have ever received from any company. Items two weeks late. Wrong products arrived. Repeated lies from staff over phone. They are the sort of horrible company that do not care about customers or good service at all. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a few sockets and switches two weeks ago Still waiting for some items not sent 😡 Single sockets have grey internals / double sockets have white internals you notice this in kitchen when walking round doing things (WHY ARE THEY NOT THE SAME ? ) No emails or contact to explain why it has taken so long For a simple order Never use this company again Mr C Hanna NI

This is the 2nd request for a review, even though I never received my order. TNT/FedEx attempted delivery then sent them back to Wled. I called Wled they promised to sort it & call back, 9 days later still waiting. Had to go via PayPal to raise a complaint & claim my money back. Wish I had seen all the negative notifications on Trust Pilot before ordering. Would advise to stay well clear, that includes TNT or FedEx, theres no way of getting in touch with them or even trying to find out where their depots are. Very annoyed.

I ordered 5x Elite R Outdoor LED Bollard Lights on-line. I thought something was wrong when the PayPal invoice only said 1x item. Fortunately, I printed a copy of the official company order/invoice (which confirmed 5x items). When the delivery arrived I only received 1x item, not the 5x that I'd paid for. I spoke to a sales rep at the company & sent via email photos of the box, clearly for only 1x light. I've had 2 other calls with reps (Simon & Tom) from the company, each time confirming that I had been sent the wrong amount of items, & that the issue would be sorted. I am still awaiting my completed shipment. I have just spoken to Amex who have stopped the payment. My next step will be to contact Trading Standards, should I not receive the items I've paid for, or receive a full refund!

Purchased 3 outdoor lights and all arrived faulty, sent back indicating on there form that I wanted a refund. They ignored my request and sent replacement items again, returned again and after emailing and phone calls I have been told that after 5 weeks that they have now got them back and that I should receive a refund in the next 3-6 weeks as there accounts team are busy. My advice is to shop elsewhere, I bought some other outdoor lights from another outlet that were of a much higher quality and for the same price.

I have been told by this company that I have to pay for my faulty light to be returned. This is not correct, under the consumer rights act you should not be out of pocket due to a breach of contact by your supplier, they should supply an item that is fit for purpose. My light is just over a month old and was only recently installed, it has never worked. I will not use this company again.

Items missing from order and despite emailing I have had not response. Items paid for and over 50 days now since other items were delivered. Very poor customer service - however I am willing to review this rating should someone not only read my emails but also reply with a reassuring service that the items I have paid for will be delivered asap. Would not recommend at this time.

Light installed ok (despite instructions unusable because obviously written by non English speaker). Turned on and worked but stayed on permanently. Tried every combination of 3 dials on back without success. E mails to customer support for assistance not answered. Now got a light which is not fit for purpose and waste of money.

Falsely advertised shipping rates. They use the bait and switch sales technique (which is against UK law) and then refused to honour the purchase contract when asked.

Remote control for Lights delivered damaged. No replacement offered only a web link to buy replacements. No response to follow up emails. Not what I would expect from a reputable supplier. Avoid.

I have been purchasing online from all sort of online vendors for the past 15 years, these guys win the trophy for the worst internet sellers in my records. I placed my order with them for a project I was working on, online on 24/11/2017 for what was listed as “in stock”, three weeks later, after not having heard anything from them besides the automated immediate order confirmation, I decided to give them a ring (internationally) they put me on hold for 10 minutes until they found my order, at which point they said that specific led strip I had ordered was out of stock and this is why my order was placed on hold...great! Hmmm perhaps somebody should be telling a paying customer this immediately! Anyhow, they said they will upgrade my order at no extra charge a send me a better quality led strip, available from immediate stock and would dispatch on the same day, at no extra cost; although the alternative led strip had a higher electrical consumption, I agreed to get on with it. Three days later, I receive an email from them saying the courier cost is GBP40 and not as per the online delivery estimation and they were generously willing to cover half of that for my long waiting time but request me to cough-up an additional GBP20 my share! My project was already late so I agreed and paid using PayPal. My order was then processed and I received my package 5/1/2018 and to my surprise they had sent the wrong aluminum profiles, unmatching diffusers and unmatching end caps!! I raised a dispute with PayPal and sent them an email. They didn’t even bother enter any comments or reply to the PayPal dispute and told me that they had a remark in their system that due to the fact the low profile aluminum profile sections had been sold out, I was contacted by phone and accepted the standard profile sections which never happened!! I insisted that if they would not take corrective action I would escalate the dispute to a claim status on PayPal. They came back to me the next day confirming they would send the correct profiles for free. Only today 22/1/2018 did I receive the correct profiles, but again incorrect diffusers and no end caps!! I mean seriously!! These guys are simply “useless”...Two moths from the order date and still can not complete an order!
