Ordered some LED lights on a Friday . After checking their stock was present we were promised delivery for the following Monday. Come THURSDAY and no sign of lights that were need for a show the following Monday. Answer from Lady in office.... "the reason you have not had any delivery is because the item is not in stock" But they checked on Friday and were told "yes we have the items!!!" "sorry we will upgrade you and get it there first thing The following morning! (FRIDAY) Great we thought! Come Friday 12.00 Noon ...... Nothing !!! checked Royal Mail Tracking and hey presto !! sent out on a 48 HOUR SERVICE!!! I MEAN REALLY????? The parcel did not even reach the depot until 9.12 am ish Friday morning ... no chance of a delivery ... we now have to start the show without the lights needed. Very poor service and communication between their own staff and with their customers.

Ordered 2 outdoor PIR lamps with bulbs added to order. Clearly stated on order "plus bulbs" . No bulbs in parcel, rang to inform, told to send a picture of the box with contents? Total waste of time, what is the point of a picture with no bulbs in supposed to prove? Told to hang on the line while someone in charge could speak to me, guess what manager is out of the office, will phone me when he gets back, no phone call, emailed to explain that the order included bulbs but the receipt i received had no mention of bulbs so the packer would not have known to include. No answer!! Customer service needs an overhaul. Won't deal with this company again if they cannot be bothered to talk to me.

Still wIting for a call back on the missing endcaps for the aluminium extrusions, I've now called 5 times and despite assurances I'm still waiting. I will try them again today.

Was not told that the item ordered AND PAID FOR was not in stock. Repeatedly told lies as to the progress of order i,e, the item will be sent tomorrow, the item has been despatched, the delay was caused by staff shortages in warehouse, etc, when replying to e-mail enquiries. The only reason I am awarding you one star is that when the phone was eventually answered, your operator Lewis actually told the truth about the progress of the order, and did in fact send the item, nearly a month after the original order. I will NEVER use your company again, and would advise anyone else to avoid you. Your customer care is appalling.

Well since you asked...you did horrible: - charged the non EU delivery rate (on your web page it says 3,33 (EU) and 9,99(outside UE) - took more than 2 weeks to deliver (send me this how we did mail 2 days after delivery) - lied about the product (it says 38 beam angle on the web page, 60° on the box when I got it but in reality more than that - 65-70° with my proffessional gear) So yes, I'm dissapointed. I would send the Items back, but have the same problem as in 2013 (18 of arrount 135 ordered bulbs started blinking after 6 months) and that is the astronomical postage fees of the Slovenian post. Didn't deliver when you said you would. Then told us it would be next day and it wasn't it was the next. Considering we paid for next day delivery it took approx 10 days to be delivered. You promised a refund of delivery still not received it.

I ordered 5 LED spots for my kitchen and each one had failed within weeks - David Sarana dealt with this very effectively and sent replacements which unfortunately have again failed - I sourced spots from another company as was getting fed up sending photos and waiting for replacements to be sent and have requested a refund which they are reluctant to do - they keep wanting to send me further bulbs which I have told them Ii have sourced already and as their bulbs were not fit for purpose and want a refund . I am still waiting and have asked this to be lodged as a customer complaint. Not good service when goods are faulty and they will not refund.

The light bulb I purchased lasted for about 8 hours then fell apart in the light fitting. I contacted Wled 6 days ago and was asked to send photos of the defective bulb, which I did. I am still waiting for there response.

Only half the order arrived on time. The other half was delayed in delivery four days in a row. Each day I was promised it would be that day. Poor customer service. Would not recommend or use again.

Ordered a pair of up down lights, after a few days I rang to ask where they were I and I was told they were a special order and will be with me in 2 days time and I was told I could not cancel them as they were already ordered from you a supplier. A week later I rang again. They hadn't been ordered at all and they were still waiting for the lights. I was told there must be an issue with stock or something. I asked them to ring me once it was investigated (I never received that call) 2 days later I recieved the lights. Poor communication and lied to consistently. Never knew where I stood.

Unfortunatly not a good experience. Paid extra for next day delivery as I needed them asap. After two days had passed I called to enquire and was informed they had to come from the manufacturer but would have them the next day. Nearly a week later I rang again and was told the same thing. This time I asked them to check on that as I had been told the same a week ago. After checking I was told it would actually be another three weeks so I cancelled those items and re-ordered. As it turns out the replacements wouldn't fit (my error), but all in all not a good experience,

I'd been looking for shallow mounting depth, warm-while light fittings and thought these would fit the bill perfectly. In all aspects these lights have been a massive disappointment. Firstly, the cutout needed to be re-shaped to allow the hinges to fit. Next, the connectors from the (included) transformers didn't match those on the fitting, necessitating cutting them off and soldering. Finally, two of the three fittings expired within a several days of installation. Incidentally, as the connectors did not match, I emailed the company wanting to know if they were indeed the correct ones, but received no response. I have since removed the fittings and am sending them back for a full refund.
