“This was my second time renting a wheelchair and the whole process was so very easy and affordable. The amazing team rendered awesome customer service in a prompt, friendly and professional style. I will always be grateful that this service was available when I needed it most!!! “Here's a shout out to Martin and the team at Wheelfreedom for the help provided when I bought a Revo 2 mobility scooter. I am very glad that I went there for advice when buying my scooter rather than making an online purchase. It was absolutely worth the drive to get there (about an hour) because I was able to see, sit on and drive the scooters. After an initial conversation with Martin to find out what I could do and what I wanted the scooter to do, he suggested comparing two models. He showed me how to take apart the scooter and re-assemble it, how to ensure it was safe to ride and helped me devise a method of getting it into and out of the car boot. Having a scooter has improved my independence and has been positive for my mental health and wellbeing. Thanks Wheelfreedom.”

“I came into the showroom and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Jess, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took her time with me. I purchased one of the rise and recline chairs. The gentlemen who delivered the chair if I remember were Ricky and Tom were very helpful and explained how the chair worked. Very pleased with the service I received from Wheelfreedom.”

“Having broken my leg on holiday I need a wheelchair quite urgently when I got home. I called Wheelfreedom and ordered the chair I needed and it was delivered to me the following morning . Exactly what I needed ! When it came to returning it , it couldnt have been easier . I called with my order number and they arranged to have the chair collected the following day . Everything was very efficient and professional .”

“My visit to the showroom and trying out 4 from a wide variety of wheelchairs was an enjoyable experience. Getting to test out of these at home to double-check which worked best in my environment a few days later, confirmed my choice. Subsequently delivered on schedule,powered up and ready to go. Customer service excellent.”

“The wheel chair was very easy to order, very helpful staff on the end of the phone and it arrived on the day and time I wanted. It was in very good condition and collected on time. Would definitely use again”

“We had the wheelchair for about 6 months. My wife found the chair itself comfortable. For me it was not over heavy and the only gripe I had was that the foot rests would get in the way when the chair was parked and my wasn't in it. The company is very easy to deal with and always met their commitments.”
