“I ordered a wheel chair at very short notice one week before Christmas. It arrived the next day. My mother was concerned that the wheel chair should be sturdy as we live in a rural, hilly area and it was robust with plenty of room for her. As I didn't know when I would be finished with the wheel chair, I organised collection with one day's notice and that was all handled efficiently as well. Will definitely be using the service again.”

“Box in which wheelchair was shipped not strong enough - part of chair had broken through the cardboard and this made it very difficult to remove from box. Wheelchair was new and so rather stiff in parts to assemble. Otherwise wheelchair was excellent - very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Good response from customer services. Will be happy to use again and recommend.”

“We were very pleased with the service and the efficiency of it all. It was an area of life that was totally unknown to us and we were impressed by the simplicity of it all. That said I found finishing the hire online was somewhat confusing and cancelled the hire 3 times I think! Perhaps that area could be redesigned for the use of us old gits!! Overall many thanks and have already recommended your service to others.”

“Wonderful service - clean and lightweight wheelchair without which my elderly father would have struggled to enjoy his Christmas trip to the UK. I really appreciated the ability to have the chair dropped at one location and collected from another. The price was excellent value for money. I thoroughly recommend your company.”

“Delivery was prompt and during the time agreed. Collection was a little difficult as I had to stay in all day with a collection time of between 9 am and 5pm. also woukd like to query an additional charge of £25 on top of the £50 already paid. Please advise.”

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your positive feedback. Please be advised that the £25.00 payment was to cover weeks 3 and 4, as the wheelchair was collected within the 3rd week we have refunded you £12.50 to reflect the unused week of hire. This refund was processed upon the wheelchairs return to us and will reflect within four working days back onto the original method of payment. “great service, great communication and a lovely piece of equipment. Made it possible for my Mother to spend Christmas with us, as we could get her down the steps to our house and it was so comfortable for days out.”

“An excellent service was provided by Wheelfreedom when I hired a wheelchair for a short period of 2 weeks. The delivery & collection service was very efficient and the wheelchair was of a good standard. The payment process was easy & the hire rates were very competitive. Overall Wheelfreedom offered a very good service & I would highly recommend them.”

“lifesaver. The knee trolley was brilliant - I was able to wheel myself around brilliantly - just couldn't get on with crutches at all. Very reasonable rates and very helpful staff.”
