“Wheel freedom really helped me when my child broke their leg. Kind, friendly staff made the ordering process easy in a chaotic time and delivery was swift and we got out freedom back. The customer service team were always available when I had queries and the wheelchair was sturdy, comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!”

“From the initial enquiry our needs were fully understood and treated with respect. After that consultation we were happy to proceed with a hire agreement. The wheelchair was delivered two days later as planned. It gave my mother a freedom whilst she had visitors from overseas. In her day to day life she she manages well with a walking stick or a 3 wheeled walking frame. The wheelchair allowed her to travel further than normal, allowed days out with her visitors. She was very concerned that she would become dependent on the wheelchair, but that was not the case. She was delighted to be able to go places that otherwise she would have been unable to visit. When the time came to return the wheelchair, after the rental period, things couldn't have been simpler. The courier couldn't have been more pleasant. We had been given a 2 hour time window for both the delivery and uplift and these were adhered too. We have no hesitation in recommending Wheelfreedom.”

“Wheel Freedom are really great. The cost is reasonable and manageable, the customer service is excellent, and they are very kind, patient, and explain everything clearly. The wheelchair turns up so quickly after ordering and returning it when ready couldn’t be easier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mobility aids.”

“I cannot thank the team enough. Every aspect of the service has been fantastic. The ordering, delivery and return were so efficient. Staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The wheelchair was better than my daughter’s that we left at home. The price was so reasonable compared to other services researched. I would definitely recommend and use again when we are travelling and have no room for a wheelchair with the luggage. Thanks so much”

“Wheelfreedom where excellent to deal with the whole experience was so easy. On booking everything was fully explained and delivery and pick up was perfect. The wheelchair was in clean and in excellent condition. We took the chair abroad, the process was simple as Wheelfreedom provided a pack that was used with airport and airline. I would definately use again and 100% recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“We recently hired a portable wheelchair from you, and we were so impressed at the courtesy and efficient telephone manner of the offece personnel. She explained in detail the type of chairs available and clarified the pricing structure of the weekly charge for the one we selected, along with the courier service for delivery to our home and collection. We were amazed that a well maintained wheelchair with footplates arrived the following day securely packed aiong with clear instructions and when I emailed to request a collection after a few weeks of use for our holidays, the courier arrived the following day. Very worthwhile for the times when one needs a short to medium term solution to mobility issues, such as poor balance when likely to expeience difficulties in unfamiliar surroundings.”

“The girl I spoke to on the phone to order the wheelchair was very helpful. It arrived the next day in time for my granddaughter who had fractured her ankle to be able to go to a festival for the weekend. The reverse process of sending it back was simple to do. Very satisfied.”

“Hired a wheelchair as my wife had an accident which resulted in her leg being put into brace. The wheelchair was required to attend various hospital appointments. The order was placed and the chair was delivered next day. Excellent service.”
