“Dear Sir, I am very happy with my starter. It was a good price and the Gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite. “Quick reply to initial enquiry,good advice, fast delivery,great price and warranty. Also I was mistakenly sent the wrong starter when I phoned to inform them I got a call back within 20mins with a replacement dispatched that day which I recieved before lunch the following day. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommending them to others.”

“What a fantastic way to start the new year with a new starting motor that was supplied next day and you sent the right one which you had to investigate as there was two types for my year and model and unlike other suppliers you did the investigating and bingo came up Trumps, well done. “From the initial quote to the delivery as well as the communication, everything was very professional. I will definitely buy from you again. I am also pleased that you picked the right starter motor for my car. It had the wrong one on with a rattle against the body which I could not find. The rattle disappeared just after the starter motor was fitted. I am over the moon, and my car start now as it should. Thanks.”

“Once again excellent service from West Lancs. My VW T25 Devon auto needed a new starter motor and the West Lancs offering was about half the price of similar offerings from other well known VW suppliers. Courier delivery was prompt and there is pre-payment of the return. Only time will tell whether that is good value but so far so good and there is an 18 month guarantee.”

I apologize if you think this is what happened in your case, but as you can see from our hundreds of reviews we pride ourselves on our customer service.
