“6th JULY my alternator went kaput ordered one from west lancs auto 7th parcel arrived am 8th garage fitted it and working superb I would fully recommend this company for the very quick and effecient service provided and as I have a partner with a disability we require transport nearly every day it was a godsend Many thanks”

“I bought a starter motor for my ford smax after much trouble trying to get it elsewhere. It arrived the next day and it was the right one. The price was over 50% cheaper compared to other places. It was really an excellent service this time and will definitely be happy to use them again.”

“Overall a most satisfactory retail experience. My requirement for an alternator for an old VW T25 van was a bit unusual. West Lancs Auto Electrics were helpful in identifying a suitable replacement at a cost which undercut both a major High Street motor factor and a well known VW campervan spares retailer. The alternator arrived the next day and proved to be a fine replacement. The arrangements and paperwork for the return of my old unit were straightforward too involving just a drop off to a local Co-op store. My only quibble is that a different pulley had been fitted and it needed a trip to my local garage with impact driver facilities to loosen the nut so I could swap it !”

“Thanks for all your help getting me a 12 volt/160 amp alternator for my 1993 Fleetwood American Eagle Motorhome.I was going to get one from USA because 12 volt alternators for coaches are rare in Europe but you had one for the job and most likeley cheaper than importing one.Great communication during purchase and I will enjoy the small suprise in the box you sent.Cheers,Roger.”
