“We run a fleet of taxis and have used West Lancs on many occasions.They are efficient and helpful.Their prices are very competitive and their delivery is always on the day after ordering. On the rare occasion that a problem arises they deal with it immediately. When we need to replace a Starter Motor or an Alternator our first move is to contact West Lancs.”

“Completed the on-line inquiry for a new alternator, received reply within a couple of hours, I ordered it over the phone (just to make sure E-Company was legit, you never know!!) quoting reference number, delivered next day free of charge to the garage who were carrying out the repair, Competitive pricing along with 18 months warranty, all ticker-ta-boo :-) Very efficient, would definitely use again.”

“When I contacted the company I was met on the phone by a person who was happy to help and knowledgable as well. This was a real selling point for me. Even though we had one wrong alternator sent, not by anyones fault, none of us knew there were a couple of different units used on an RX8. The company worked tirelessly to find and send the right one to me that day which meant I received it the next day and within an hour and a half we had started the engine. Job sorted. Great company and would buy from them again.”

“Ordered an alternator @ 16.30 yesterday, it was delivered (on time !!! By DPD) this morning at 11.30 !. I was amazed when I opened the box - it was brand new and the right one !!. What an amazing company and service and from DPD!!. I sing your praises !!. Thank you.”

“After looking for a alternator for our obscure car, we found West Lancs Auto Electrics able to provide one. It was ordered over the phone and received the next day. Return instructions and packaging for the old unit was included, and thankfully a Hermes drop off point was only 100 yards away The only issue we had was that the although the Web site displays a list of well known top brand names, the replacement unit and packaging is unmarked, it has no label to indicate its provenance, manufacture or voltage.”

“The new alternator was ordered by me and delivered to my nephew wwho was on holiday with his family near Snowdonia, Wales. West Lancs were extremely helpful in not only supplying a reasonably priced alternator on outright purchase (the one on the car had a broken casing so was not eligible for exchange) but also went to some trouble to ensure it was delivered as quickly as possible (within 2 working days). The alternator was fitted this morning by a local garage and they're now able to enjoy the rest of their holiday. With the included 18 month warranty on the alternator, I think the whole package is probably unbeatable.”
