“A SIMPLE ORDERING PROCESS THAT RETURNED A QUOTE IN GOOD SPEED. THE PAYMENT PROCESS OVER THE PHONE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD. DELIVERY WAS SPEEDY AND ON THE EXACT TIME STATED ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION. i WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN USING THIS SITE IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY PARTS THEY SUPPLY.”

“Because the alternator on my vehicle had ceased to work I purchased a replacement from west lancs auto on the basis of them being a local company,the asking price was very competitiveand there warranty was better than others.Once the decision was made the whole purchase process went without a hitch. I am well satisfied and would recommend them anyday.”

“6th JULY my alternator went kaput ordered one from west lancs auto 7th parcel arrived am 8th garage fitted it and working superb I would fully recommend this company for the very quick and effecient service provided and as I have a partner with a disability we require transport nearly every day it was a godsend Many thanks”

“I bought a starter motor for my ford smax after much trouble trying to get it elsewhere. It arrived the next day and it was the right one. The price was over 50% cheaper compared to other places. It was really an excellent service this time and will definitely be happy to use them again.”
