“I ordered a starter motor for my toyota verso. after receiving various quotes westlancs turned out to be the most economical. With some sceptism I ordered the part. Not only did westlancs send the correct part but they sent it super fast - next day supersonic, that's how fast. The part got fitted to my car the same day and now the engine starts with a much satisfying Vhoooom!!!! Westlancs - you are stars. And thanks for the free packet of haribo jelly sweets- a nice gesture which rounds off your service superbly. Well done.”

“ordered starter motor arrived exactly when it should 2 days by carrier. the reason it took that amount of time ,some bright spark in there wisdom at the post office classed my post code as highlands and islands. as I live 85 mls from Glasgow do not have to get on a boat as there is a road called A82 I call it fraud to con more money from the general public ' west lancs is a very good company and efficient and would buy again from them thank you stewart”

“ordered a new starter motor of which was sent promptly and arrived very quickly and the old starter motor had a free return of post so it never cost myself anything and there was no chasing of the returned starter motor once you prove proof of returned item and the product works perfectly good company ,well done .”
