“We were lucky enough to book West End in School;s for World Book day and what a rewarding experience for all the children and staff. We have three classes, all mixed year groups and our workshop leader provided three beautifully differentiated sessions covering all year groups from EYFS to Yr6. My class worked on the story of Hansel and Gretel, each activity was quick paced, well judges and engaging fopr all the children. What a worthwhile session and as a bonus, as a teacher I was able to pick up many tips on how to deliver drama as part of the curriculum. Thank you for a truly rewarding morning.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how the day panned out. I wasn't sure how it was all going to come together, or how Livvy was going to make it work effectively for each year group. When I watched the final performnace, you could see the progression of expectation from Reception through to Year 6 and all the children were eager and excited to come up and perform in front of the rest of the school. The children all seemed to enjoy their session too.”

“We had the most wonderful experience with Pinocchio Dance Workshop today! From start to finish, the children absolutely loved it and were completely engaged throughout. They were so excited and couldn’t wait to show us what they had created in their final performance this afternoon! Gabby was brilliant, so patient, calm and encouraging with all of our children. She handled everything seamlessly, even thinking on the spot when the sound system wasn’t working as expected. The workshop has truly sparked excitement for World Book Day this week. I can’t recommend it enough!”

From start to finish, the children were completely captivated and so deeply engaged in every activity. Lily was truly inspiring and fantastic with the children. Her energy, expertise, and encouragement meant that every single child responded brilliantly. She created such a positive and supportive atmosphere that all pupils – including those with additional needs – were fully included and able to take part with confidence. The final performance was so classy and professionally delivered. It was amazing to see how much progress the children made in such a short time, both in their acting and dance skills. Their confidence visibly grew throughout the day, and they were so proud of what they achieved. It was honestly soooo good – what a great day for everyone involved! “The workshop was excellent. My class of Nursery and Reception children were highly engaged and loved joining in with the actions and movements to tell the story. I also liked how the story was split into three sections for the three classes, which we all watched at the end. This led naturally into some classroom work that we have done following the workshop, looking at the beginning, middle and end of the story.”
