"I asked my Year 5\/6 class what they would take away from the experience. A lot said that they would take away how excited the soldiers were to go to war and then how depressed they became. \r\n\r\nOther points that they enjoyed:\r\n\u2022\topportunities for acting\r\n\u2022\tunderstanding how it felt to be part of the war\r\n\u2022\tloved the poetry that was chosen\r\n\r\nOther children said:\r\n''I liked how we had to do the different actions, it was very interesting'' Year 4\r\n\r\n''I really enjoyed the group activities, working with my friends.''
