All of the other girls in the shop were amazing too, giving their honest opinions. I would highly recommend this place. Loads of choice. Very reasonable price and AMAZING staff. 10/10”

“It was my first wedding dress shopping experience and I was very apprehensive. I didn't know what to expect and didn't want to feel any pressure to buy on the day - which I didn't. We were treated at the door and told we could browse the dresses while we waited. Once it was our turn, Sana was appointed to us. You could tell she loves her job and had every dress memorised. She was excited to listen to all my thoughts/ideas and picked out my perfect dress on the third one - which I did end up leaving with that same day! I had so much fun and would recommend Wed2B and Sana to anyone (especially those that are nervous, overwhelmed, or have no idea what they are doing)!”

“From the moment I walked it, I was treated very warmly and made to feel welcome. The customer services was great. Alex made me feel so confident in changing and the dresses she showed were what I asked for. She was really helpful. And helped me fine my dress! The prices was great I really thought it would be a lot more. Boxing all up and little extras are really nice too. Thank you for making this experience amazing.”

“I bought my wedding dress last week from Web2B, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to the incredible Beth C who helped us. I came in on Thursday last week with my fiancé (a rare sight in a bridal shop, I know!) and we were both quite stressed – the wedding is in just four weeks, and I was really hoping to walk out with a dress that day even though they didn’t have what I was looking for at start. From the moment we met Beth, she made everything feel easier. She was warm, calm, and so genuinely helpful, it truly felt like having a close friend there with me which I really appreciated… Beth wasn’t just helpful in a practical sense, though she really was, showing us every possible option like sleeves, over-tops, how we could alter the back, and exactly what to tell the seamstress – but she was emotionally supportive too. She offered kind and honest opinions, never rushed us, and had endless patience as we talked through everything. She made me feel seen, understood, and completely at ease, something I didn’t think was possible when wedding stress is at its peak! I left with a dress I love, a clear plan of what to do next, and a big smile on my face. Beth, if you see this, big thank you. You made such a difference in such a short time. Thanks for being like my bridesmaid for the afternoon! 💛”

“I had a really lovely experience at Wed2B Milton Keynes, and I want to say a big thank you to Charlotte for all her help and patience! She made me feel really comfortable and offered some great suggestions, including the one that led me to finding my perfect dress. They had a wide range of styles—more choice than a couple of other boutiques I visited—which was a big plus. In the end, I went for a slightly more expensive gown, and that was completely my decision. I'm super pleased with my choice and couldn't be happier! One small bit of feedback: when spending over £1,000, it feels a little disappointing that the company charges extra for dress bags, hangers, and storage. I feel like a basic storage bag and hanger should be included as standard, and perhaps a box could be an optional add-on. That said, this doesn’t take anything away from the fantastic service I received from Charlotte—she's a lovely lady and made the experience really special. Thank you again! Can't wait for my big day !! x”

“If I could rate any more stars I would, I went to WED2B in ashford today and was assisted by the lovely Meg K. She went above and beyond and chose so well with all of what she picked there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I picked my dress! She was very patient and listened to all my ideas of what I had in mind and even chose some options to try. Brilliant service. Thank you again! Would recommend to other brides to be but most importantly the ashford store and also tell them to ask for the lovely meg! X”

“I had the honour to meet Clodagh in the shop located in Dublin and she was amazing from the first dress I tried on to the last! She gave me some amazing tips on how to make my dress look better and even suggested what alterations need to be done which takes off a huge stress off my shoulders! “We visited your store at Johannes-Brahms-Platz, Hamburg. As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed by Elena. She was just amazing from the very start and listen to everything I said carefully! So carefully, that I ended up buying the very first dress she suggested and I tried on! It was perfect! She was able to understand my English and my German was good enough to understand her! So that worked really well. I tried on 4 more dresses but ended up going back to the very first one I tried on! I was sure I didn’t want to buy sweetheart neckline but unfortunately there were no square neckline dresses. This is one thing I would like to criticise about your store, some options beyond sweetheart and V-plunge neckline would have been better! This was my very first time of visiting a place to buy a wedding dress and I never ever thought that in the very first appointment I will walk out with a beautiful dress! This wouldn’t have been possible without Elena’s consultation and her endless patience regarding getting me in and out of beautiful bridal dresses!! Thanks Elena!”
