“I visited the Nottingham store on a busy Saturday and wasn’t a huge fan of the no appointment process. We waited an hour and a half and kept debating whether to leave. However, when I was finally seen too, Emma (the Derby store manager) was amazing! She knew her stuff, was really helpful and nothing was too much bother. The dress I decided on was too small and they didn’t have my size, although I was advised it could be taken out. However 2 days later I had a call to say that it had come in in the next size and if I wanted to try it as I had reserved the dress. I tried it the next day and it fit perfectly. I had not expected the phone call about the dress size at all, was super happy. Although the no appointment and wait can be frustrating I would definitely recommend WED2BE. I found the perfect dress at nearly £1000 less than anywhere else!”

“I went into the Norwich store today and was helped by Millie and the team and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of ladies to help me find my dream dress! I was immediately put at ease and after just two dresses said yes to the dress! Thank you so much Mille and team xx”

“Vickers and Ruby were very welcoming, I arrived late in the day 4.55pm and they close at 5pm. I explained I had travelled from Hinckley as the dress was in stock in my size at Wednesbury. Vicky stayed late, finding a 2nd dress for me to try and helping me try on the dress I had come to see. Vicky made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me, she put me at ease. She showed me to another area of the shop with natural lighting. All done with a smile even though the shop should have been closed. A credit to your company. It's a pity there was not more choice in neck line, the majority of dresses were sweetheart neckline. I was looking for a Pippa Middleton style, or a boat neck. Im not big busted and sweetheart necklines do nothing for me. Hinckley staff did have a bolero to go over the dress, but the dress wasn't right for me. I did comment that I wish the flower girl dresses were in adult sizes as very classy.”

“Ellie in the Shirley store was incredible! She made us all feel so at ease and made sure everyone in the bridal party was included. She listened to all of my thoughts and ideas and went out of her way to make sure I found my ideal dress - nothing was too much for her, it honestly felt like she was one of my friends helping me try dresses on x”

“Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely welcoming. They explain the process and pricing straight away which is helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have many dresses available in my size or for my colouring. I’m very pale and needed more blush tinted dresses to suit me.”

“Being an older large women, was worried about dress shopping. No need to be, I was made to feel really special throught out the whole time there, so well looked after by Sally, Sally started off getting to know me and she helped me find my perfect dress, a dress completely not what I thought would look good but as soon as it was on I felt a million dollars. Even my daught cried when she saw me in it. Thank you Sally so much”

“I was so nervous about dress shopping and had been putting it off for a while. From the moment I walked into the Derby store I was greeted with such lovely service. I had no idea on what I was looking for style wise but Emma was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I tried on different styles and I found the one on dress number 4! I am so grateful for Emma’s help and support along with the rest of the team that were involved. No one thought I would find my dress on the first visit and I am so happy I did. Thank you to the Derby team! Highly recommend”

“Upon arrival I was very nervous, but I was greeted by Alecia who was lovely, very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Due to it being a busy day, there was a little wait but I was checked upon regularly and updated with where I was in the queue. I was helped by Marissa, who again was so lovely, caring and very patient with me. I just want to say thank you so much to Marissa and Alecia for that day, you both really helped me to gain my confidence and I really do appreciated it. You both are amazing!”
