“Es gab ganz wundervolle Kleider und das Geschäft ist auch ganz hübsch. Die Beratung war unaufdringlich aber ehrlich, geduldig & bemüht. Leider war es sehr sehr kalt im Laden und als Begleitung wurden keine Getränke/Snacks angeboten. Dafür wurde die Meinung der Begleitung liebevoll mit einbezogen und zu allererst durfte, als Hauptperson die Braut sich selbst im Kleid bestaunen. Insgesamt weiter zu empfehlen:)”

“(Wed2b metrocentre Gateshead) Was my first time trying on wedding dresses I had no clue what to expect I can be quite anxious with new experiences so much so I brought my fiancé along with me for the first time going so I was a bit more comfortable. When we first arrived the woman on the desk who first sat us down was a little bit pushy saying I wouldn’t be leaving without a wedding dress today, even though I had vocalised it was just to have a look because I didn’t even know where to start. I was feeling even more anxious at this point and nearly left but then was passed on to Lauren and that changed my whole experience straight away, she was so genuine and down to earth, not having any women with me she made it feel like I was there with a friend, she listened to everything I wanted and I felt comfortable to speak up on what I did like/didnt like without feeling like I was being rude. She took her time with me and could just tell by my body language if I was getting a little bit overstimulated and needed to take a pause. She made me feel so special and went the extra mile with the whole experience, even down to the little details like me and my partner are religious and maybe a little bit ‘old school’ with our values so she made sure the curtains were closed extra tight during changes and she didn’t come in or out unless I was fully clothed to make sure my dignity was covered in front of my partner, which in changing rooms is so difficult to do. I definitely feel a lot more at ease now to come back another day without my fiancé to pick a dress he hasn’t seen! Thank you Lauren, she is a credit to your store”

“We got there for opening at 9am as advised when we'd phoned beforehand and we had to come back at 10am because their staff hadn't turned up. Wasn't the best initial impression but when we came back it was much smoother from then on. We were helped by Sophie who had recently joined them and she did a great job. She picked dresses to suit the features my sister was looking for and the location of the wedding and in the end it was a bit of a tough choice between a couple that we liked. Staff were helpful and friendly and kept bringing us different colours and sizes of bridesmaid dresses to try too so we could find the right ones. Dresses were reasonably priced and we weren't rushed at any point. Was a fun experience, shame there was no champagne though!”

“A pity that when you like to change the dress in 14 days, you dont get a coupon if your new dress is less expensive than the original... I was very satisfied of the service and professional work of Chloë in the shop in Gent. She's very friendly, patient and gives very good advice. Thanks to her I found my dreamdress!”

“Meg and the other ladies at Wed2Be in Derby were amazing. Meg was so attentive and friendly, she made me feel at ease. When I came back the following day and my original choice of dress had been sold, the ladies helped me find a new dress which I love even more. Meant2Be! Just be prepared for a long wait if you come on a Saturday.”

“Rebecca who helped me was absolutely fantastic. Listened to my needs, helped me pick the perfect dress and perfect veil. She was fantastic. The store was clean, well presented & we were able to be seen quickly. The only downside I could possibly say is regarding another staff member making me feel quite stressed about the date of my wedding (January) and was stressing the urgency of me picking a dress… which I had planned to do in that session.”

“I was in your shop at the metro centre today with my future daughter in law. We were introduced to Rebecca who looked after Laura today was the 1st day and shop we had visited for her to look for her wedding dress. Rebecca was impeccable at showing Laura what dresses that she had in mind, we were there for a couple of hours and were well looked after that’s for sure. The only negative about the store is that you don’t offer hot drinks but overall Rebecca’s service was 150% that’s for sure.”

“First time at WED2B and I can’t say it wasn’t a good experience but the dresses hadn’t been steamed even though they state they would be, apparently they didn’t have time to steam but had had them for a bit. Other then that they came in the time frame they state.”
