Firstly, Nikki @ Camberley was amazing. So patient and helpful. I didn’t leave with a dress but she helped me figure out what I liked and disliked. I was a little disappointed to see how small the range of size 8 was. Some beautiful dresses but not much variation.

Unfortunately the store was understaffed and therefore we waited 1.5hours to be seen, with some walk ins getting talked to ahead of us. However, once we were seen by Emma, we had a great experience. Emma was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and absolutely nailed the brief. I’d already been dress shopping so knew exactly what I wanted and she got it perfect in the first dress. She answered any questions we had and was very patient to ensure I was totally comfortable with my decision before saying yes! Thank you Emma!

I went into web2b twice to look for dresses. The first time I couldn't find anything that I liked, but on the second attempt I found the dress for my wedding. Staff where really friendly and where very helpful. The price was really good for money. Customer service was OK, they where very friendly it just felt abit rushed but glad I went

The assistant was very attentive and helped me find perfect dress. We had a problem with pride as the price was not as it was shown as om the price tag.

Lovely experience once we actually got to try on dresses. But there was a list of 6 other brides ahead of me and a very long wait and was told that the likelihood was that I wasn't going to be seen. Luckily, I was seen and found my dream dress, but I feel appointment slots would be so much better. Would definitely of saved a lot of stress, tears and enitial disappointment. The team were absolutely lovely and the dress selection was fantastic.

Nadia hat mich sehr kompetent beraten und dafür gesorgt, dass sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich alle Wunsch-Kleider in Ruhe und ohne Zeitdruck anprobieren konnte. Nadia hatte ebenfalls ein gutes Gefühl dafür welche Momente sie begleiten sollte und welche Momente im Kreise der Familie gut aufgehoben waren. Die Erfahrung während der Anprobe war für uns sehr positiv und wird gerne in Erinnerung gehalten. Für mich sorgte die Situation der Abrechnung für Verwirrungen, da ausgesagt wurde, dass sie mir einen Kimono dazulegen würde. Hier fehlte von einer preislichen Auskunft leider jede Spur, sodass dieser abgerechnet wurde, obwohl ich mir diesen selbst eigentlich nicht gekauft hätte. Auf der Rechnung erschienen dann ebenfalls Zusatzkosten für Kleiderbügel, Box, Kimono und Kleidersack/-schutz (etwas über 80€), die vorab nicht transparent gemacht wurden. Demnach für mich eine schöne Erfahrung, aber einen Stern Abzug, da ich mir hier einfach Transparenz und Ehrlichkeit gewünscht hätte.

Ich war am 01.06.24 in der Filiale in Lilienthal und wurde von Radhiya sehr freundlich und gut beraten. Ich bin an dem Tag glücklich mit meinem Brautkleid nach Hause gegangen. Ich bin mit der festen Vorstellung hingegangen ein Kleid mit Carmen-Ausschnitt zu wollen, mit floraler Spitze im Corsagenbereich und den Rock in leicht fließendem Stoff in A-Linie. Aber nachdem mir die ersten drei Kleider dann doch nicht so richtig gefallen haben, kam Radhiya mit einer Alternativen mit klassischen Trägern. Es war das Modell Coreena und ich wusste direkt „Das ist es!“ Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle nochmal sehr für ihre Beratung bedanken :-) Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch wegen der nicht vorhandenen Preistransparenz bezüglich der Verpackung. Eine andere Braut, die mit ihrer Trauzeugin vor uns an der Kasse standen, waren sehr schockiert darüber, dass für den Karton und sämtliche Schutzhüllen für Kleid und Accessoires sowie die jeweiligen Kleiderbügel zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Der Karton an sich wird mit 35€ veranschlagt, die Schutzhülle für das Kleid mit 15€ sowie für Haarschleier und Unterrock zusätzlich noch einmal und jeder Kleiderbügel, der beiliegt kostet ebenfalls nochmal 6€. Somit sind der Braut zusätzliche Verpackungskosten von 89€ entstanden, welches im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde. Auch mit mir nicht. Dies habe ich nur zufällig durch die Diskussion mit der anderen Braut erfahren. Auch sonst ist in der Filiale nirgends etwas über die zusätzlichen Kosten für die einzelnen Verpackungen aufgelistet. Das fand ich sehr enttäuschend und überraschend, da ich nicht davon ausgegangen bin, dass man für die Schutzhülle überhaupt was zahlen muss, da man schließlich darauf angewiesen ist, um ein so hochwertiges Kleid transportieren zu können. Als ich dann mit dem Zahlvorgang an der Reihe war, sagte ich gleich, dass ich den Karton und alles drum herum nicht brauche für den Transport und die Lagerung. Lediglich eine Schutzhülle und Bügel würden mir genügen. Die Hülle wurde mit 14,99€ und der Bügel mit 6,99€ angerechnet. Ich war nur froh, dass wir die Diskussion der anderen Braut mitbekommen haben, da mir ansonsten auch zusätzliche nicht kommunizierte Kosten entstanden wären, die einem auch nicht in Bargeld rückerstattet werden. Es kann lediglich ein Umtausch „Ware gegen Ware“ erfolgen. Das Erlebnis in dem Geschäft war bis zu dem Zeitpunkt ein sehr gutes. Die Abwicklung an der Kasse mit den Überraschungskosten hat dies jedoch etwas getrübt. Ich drücke der anderen Braut die Daumen, dass sie ihr Geld doch noch zurückbekommen konnte und wünsche ihr eine wunderschöne Hochzeit!

Wed2B Milton Keynes helped me find my dress. Lots to try on, although you don't get to choose them from the racks anymore which seems strange. However for most people this is their first time trying on a wedding dress and I had no idea of what was possible. So I would only say that Hadiya needs to be aware of this. The only reason I knew that adding sleeves or adding a bolero was possible was because my sisters were listening to the knowledgeable dresser next door. I felt like this customer had a better overall experience. Maybe Wed2B need to invest in some training of their dressers to really help customers because we can only go on the advice you give. Also the dress I went home with was chosen by me from the rack (I asked to go and look) and did not have the sleeves I wanted but I added a bolero. This gives an idea of what is possible if brides to be get to pick their own dress from the rack.

We don't allow brides to browse the rails and pick dresses themselves as we have so many dresses in store, it can be incredibly overwhelming and the dresses themselves do look a lot different on the hanger to how they look when worn, meaning some styles could be overlooked and your dream dress could be missed. Our advisors in store are very good at getting to know our brides and the styles they are looking for, they also have expert knowledge when it comes to the dresses in store. I had a very pleasant experience today. I was impressed by the level of service provided. My thoughts and vision were taken into consideration and I felt comfortable. The suggestion I would make is that it would be better if you had inhouse seamstress. Overall I enjoyed my time and was very happy with the service.

Der Besuch hat sich sehr gelohnt. Unsere Beraterin, Valerie, ist auf die Wünsche und Anmerkungen super eingegangen und hat dabei immer wieder eine passende Auswahl an weiteren Kleider gefunden, sodass schlussendlich das richtige Kleid dabei war. Die Atmosphäre und das Konzept des Ladens sprechen für sich und ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Kim was great, listened to what I wanted and pulled the most amazing dresses. She was respectful and kind. She deserves the full 5*. If Wed2be as a company didn't try to sell the unnecessary bits such as coat hangers etc then it would be a 5* review.
