“I recently bought my dress from Wed2b Dublin and would highly recommend it, the girls were amazing, very welcoming, kind and helpful. Initially I was quite anxious going in as I was on my own and had never tried on a wedding dress before but Paula really looked after me and put me at ease. She turned something I was dreading into a lovely experience and I ended up finding my dress that day! The only thing I was disappointed with was that the selection of dresses available in my size wasn't as big as I expected having seen a lot of other options on the website, but I understand the dresses are limited in supply and they do not order more in. As it turned out the dress I picked actually was one I had my eye on so I was very happy I got that one. The first time I went in I did not have to wait very long, it was a Monday afternoon and I was able to try maybe 6 or 7 dresses which was great to help me eliminate styles I didn't like. They do try to sell the additional accessories but there is no major pressure to buy any of that if you are not sure, I liked having the extra bits added to see how it all looked but I haven't bought any of that yet as the wedding is a year away. I went in again last Sunday with my niece who is my bridesmaid, she got to try on a selection of bridesmaids dresses in the different styles and colours. Again the girls were really welcoming and friendly, Abigail looked after us that day, she was very attentive, really lovely to my niece and made her feel very special. We had a much longer wait on Sunday even though it did not appear to be very busy at all. There are plenty of empty changing rooms so it seemed to be that there is not enough staff. I think if you do not have the staff to cater for more than a few walk ins, it would be better to take appointments. I was planning on returning with all of my bridesmaid to get dresses but I'm not sure if I can ask them to wait in line for hours to try on dresses, which is a pity. But going by my first visit I was really happy with everything, my dress is beautiful, good quality and a very reasonable price, Paula, Abigail and the other girls there are a credit to you. Thank you so much ladies for all of your help and advice! :)”

“We werden goed ontvangen & er werd goed de tijd genomen om de jurken te passen. Eva luisterde goed naar de wensen & toen bleek dat mijn eerste idee niet helemaal bij me paste werden er andere jurken gepakt wat heel geschikt leek. Het was heel gezellig & ik kijk met een glimlach terug!”

“Kitty was very helpful and attentive, she helped me to choose a dress that I loved. She was incredibly patient, with the numerous dresses I wanted to try. Only downside was that there weren’t as many dresses in store, as I had seen online. But all in all, very good service and people!”

“I went to Wed2B in Bristol with my best friend at the end of August. I was helped my Samira who was amazing! She was super attentive, really listened and understood what I wanted and got super involved in our chats and gave her advice/opinions when needed. She couldn’t do enough for me and was just the sweetest. However, towards the end of my appointment - another member of staff came over, uninvited (I didn’t know her name). I assume it was a manager but she really butted in and started inserting opinions/pushing me to buy the dress I was currently trying. She also seemed to be quite undermining to lovely Samira, who was actually doing a great job. Samira understood that I was there to try many options - not necessarily to purchase that day but more find my style and was excellent in accommodating this whilst still making me aware of the fleeting nature of off the peg. My experience was dampened by the other member of staff coming over and that was actually when I decided to end the appointment and go home, whereas I probably would’ve continued my experience if she hadn’t. It made me feel uncomfortable, rushed and pressured. I understand the importance of making sales - but sometimes a customer wants to be heard, understood, supported and then they are more likely to make that sale in future. Samira was brilliant at this and an asset to your team, I passed this feedback onto her upon leaving the shop. Due to that experience however, I will be looking at other wed2be stores instead when I decide to go back in the hopes of finding my dress, as I don’t want to find myself in this situation again with that pushy member of staff. I wanted to pass on this feedback - as the customer experience should be the utmost important thing in bridal. Thank you, Sarah”
