“I walked into the shop and was greeted by staff who then took me through to meet with Ruby, once I had my initial consultation we then started having some fun trying on some dresses. After quite a few I found my perfect dress which made me feel a million dollars!!! I was so happy holding back the tears and saving them for the big day! All the staff were so nice but Ruby was absolutely fantastic with me!! Nothing was too much and I will be forever grateful, Thank you again Stacey X”

“Daisy helped me out today at the St Paul’s branch and she was absolutely fab. She couldn’t have been more helpful and actually picked a dress that I hadn’t considered which I actually ended up putting a deposit down for! She made me feel at easy and nothing was too much trouble- really to her for the lovely experience. The lady at the front desk was also very welcoming 😊”

“First time visit with my daughter for her big day. Was told no appointment necessary. Turned up 1 lady trying on dresses so we're told couldn't be seen. There was only 2 people working. How is this right. My poor daughter 1st experience turned out so disappointing and didnt make her feel how a bride is supposed to feel. Won't be returning”

“Abi was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She was so patient with me and my family, nothing was too much of an ask and she was so knowledgeable of all the dresses. Going into the appointment I had no idea what I want and Abi managed to get my perfect dress with the 4th dress she chose! She made me feel so comfortable (and not awkward whatsoever, even when I had to strip down!!) would recommend Abi to anyone!!”

“Lauren was amazing when I was trying on dresses, and hyped me up so well when I loved my dress. She was the perfect level of excited and calm, what an absolute angel. “What an amazing experience from start to finish! We visited the Wrexham store today after braving the storm, when we arrived we were greeted by Kelly who kindly hung up our wet coats and showed us to the warm sitting area. We had a short wait until one of the girls were free and were welcomed to have a browse around. Then I was introduced to Summer who was absolutely faultless! Summer listened to everything I talked about from the aesthetic of the wedding to what I was looking for in a dress. We tried a few on and Summer was amazing at listening to what wasn't right with what I'd tried on and finding an alternative until I found what I was looking for. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in what I was choosing. In the end I found the perfect dress! I walked out with what I wanted (and a bit more!) and I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend this store if you're for a comfortable and friendly store with amazing girls who really listen to what a bride wants!”
