“Had a great experience today in the shops. I was instantly greeted by Elsa, she made me feel so at ease explaining how today would work. Elsa helped me with everything! I am very grateful for her! Thank you to the team as well, popping over and being excited and loving the dress too!”

“I had an amazing experience last week with the help of Harriet! I was so nervous to try dresses on and she put me at complete ease. She listened to what I wanted in a dress and allowed me to express how I felt. So happy she was there to help me that day and relieved that this major wedding task is now completed!”

“My daughter and I came in the morning and all the staff were so lovely, kind and caring. We had Anna to help us and she was absolutely amazing. We didn't think we would find the dress as it was our first time looking but my daughter said YES TO THE DRESS! Absolutely stunning 😍 5* service 😍 Thank you 😘”

“From start to finish the experience was amazing. Megan took care of us and she was so friendly, funny and kind. There was nothing she didn’t think about when I was trying to pick my dress. Even down to the smaller details. Very comfortable, welcoming and happy experience. Highly recommend and highly recommend Megan, she was a star! Thank you.”

“Ich war in Garbsen bei Gunda kurz vor ihrem Feierabend. Gunda war ganz ruhig und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, so dass ich gar nicht gespürt habe, dass wir ein wenig zeitdruck hatten. Wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden und ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Sie hat mir sehr gut zugehört, was ich mir vorstelle und was ich gar nicht mag. Und mir wunderschöne Kleider rausgesucht. Man merkt, dass sie das schon Jahre lang macht und genau weiß, was eine Braut so braucht. Es war magisch! 4/5 Sternen weil ich es schade finde, dass die Kleider in Säcken hängen. Dass macht den ersten Eindruck der Kleider kaputt, weil man sie nicht so gut sehen kann, als wenn sie einfach hängen würden.”
