“Thank you to Loren for the most amazing experience. We came here spontaneously for a bit of fun, not expecting to find the one but she was so welcoming, knowledgable, listened to exactly what I wanted and just got my vision… bought out 3 of the most stunning dresses and I ended up leaving with the one. Loren truly felt like a friend, can’t thank you enough!”

“Our bridal assistance Zara was very helpful, I had no idea what I wanted and she was able to pull a selection of dresses to find my perfect dress! Zara found me the perfect accessories for my dress. She made finding the perfect dress a very enjoyable process. Highly recommend”

“I just want to say a huge thku to Natalie (Wednesbury) shes amazing at her job and made everything better! I arrived feeling very deflated & panicked after finding a fault in my original dress 2 months before my big day , I was very particular about the style I wanted and funds were low now so options were sparse. Natalie was extremely empathetic & understanding and encouraged me to try some dresses that I originally was adamant i didn't want but to my surprise I loved & ended up purchasing. Natalie saved the day with her professionalism and kind understanding nature & I left smiling. THANKYOU NAT 💗”

“What an amazing experience I had here in the Ghent store! The first store and first dress I tried was the dress I went home with! Rayan was amazing in helping me in and out of the dresses because I wanted to be sure I was not missing out on any other dresses, and she did it with a smile and so much patience knowing the first one was the one :) I loved how they let me feel. So thank you Rayan and Chloé”

“I had the best experience at the St Paul’s store this week. Olivia was super friendly and helpful, I arrived early and she let me sit in the store until opening time. There was a mix up a few days earlier on if they had a dress in store, they held the dress for me until the next day when I could make it in to try on. Niobe was helping me find my dress, she was super friendly and really made the experience amazing. She was really knowledgeable and was so good at recommending dresses that I loved, she was also pairing different veils and head pieces with each dress which really elevated it and gave you the full picture. I said yes to the dress at St Paul’s and can’t thank Niobe and Olivia more for all their time and help!”

“Absolutely lovely experience with Lauren today in the Newcastle store. I only called in on the 'off-chance' I'd fall in love as I already had a dress I wasn't sure about, but I left paying a deposit on a beautiful dress I just know is 'the one'! Lauren was lovely and patient with me, didn't try to rush me at all and made me feel really comfortable the whole time I was there. Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful in my dress!”

“Amazing service! I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Rusanda experimented with a couple of dresses, asked specific questions and somehow managed to produce the perfect dress for me on the third try. I'd been convinced I wouldn't find anything that I loved and I was swiftly proved wrong. She was fantastic, and all the women in the shop were so lovely and helpful.”
