“The customer service was exceptional the lady helping me was called Livia ,she was friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease. Unfortunately I didn't find my dress as I was looking for a tea length and there wasn't one available. However the range over all was really good.”

“Sara(h), heel erg bedankt voor de geweldige service, het geduld, de raad en je spontaan inlevingsvermogen. Je luisterde naar m'n wensen en gaf goede raad zonder opdringerig te zijn. We werden fantastisch geadviseerd! We stapten de winkel binnen zonder de intentie een jurk te kopen, maar stapten toch buiten met een prachtig exemplaar. Dank u Sara(h)! Sue”

“3 jaar geleden zo goed geholpen en geslaagd!! Toen kwam corona en gezondheidsproblemen, we mochten de jurkjes gelukkig terugbrengen. Nu, 3 jaar later kunnen we eindelijk trouwen, maar is onze oudste uit jullie maat gegroeid (12 jaar). Eeuwig zonde, zou zo weer opnieuw de jurkjes bij jullie aanschaffen, maar helaas is maat 10 jullie grootste maat. :-(”

“I visited the Liverpool store with my cousin on 14/01/2023 to try on a bridesmaid dress we had seen online. We were advised it was a 2 hour wait to try dresses on. I explained that we only needed to try on a bridesmaid dress and my cousins was travelling back to Bury and had a train booked. Nicola was very helpful as we weren’t a large bridal party she managed to fit us in right away to try the dress on. I also ordered matching tie and cufflink sets. There’s a huge selection of dresses available and we were really happy with the one we picked. We will just need to find a seamstress to adjust the hem as the store doesn’t have an in store fitting process (you try on and order in your preferred size/ colour) Nicola was really helpful in talking us through the ordering process, matching items, and estimated delivery times”

“Yentl was very nice, friendly and in a pursuit to find my perfect fit. She was eager to find my dress and made me confident to try-out different styles. At the end I walked out with a dress that checked all the boxes but was completely different from what I had in mind. Never the less, very happy with my dress & yentl! The Shopmanager was slightly pushy though. No I don´t want a veil so don´t put in on my head 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“Ben in Arnhem geweest om te passen de persoon wie mij heeft geholpen was heel rustig en heel fijn en goed betrokken. Helaas nog niks gevonden maar wel met een heel warm gevoel weg gegaan.”

“Emily who served us was amazing. She was so accommodating for my 5 bridesmaids and organised all the dresses to try on. She was friendly and chatty and really made our experience. The girl who served me on the till with the red hair (didn’t get her name) was quite rude to the other staff. She wasn’t rude to me but when she was serving me on the till I witnessed her be quite abrupt to the other members of staff and actually rolled her eyes at me when another staff asked her a question. This was incredibly unprofessional and not something I wanted to witness as part of my bridal experience. The selection of dresses/styles to try on was fine but many of these had broken zips or were only available in 1 colour per size so it was hard to visualise. I am also disappointed in the price of the dresses, these have increased significantly over the past year.”

We set a very high standard for ourselves, and we are truly sorry to hear that this standard was not met during your most recent visit with us. Each store has a selection of sample bridesmaid dresses showcasing the styles, and colours from sizes 4 – 22. You can mix and match when you are trying on these samples to find the style and colour to suit your big day. From January our Infinite Bridesmaid collection price has been updated to £119.99 for each style, size and colour, and will be effective for all orders placed online and in store. Here at wed2b, our prices are subject to change. Following an increase of prices across our supply chain, we have recently had to review the price of the dresses in the bridesmaid collection. We do apologise if this has caused any inconvenience for yourself. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback so that we can assist our team in correcting these issues.
