“Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und zuvorkommend bedient. Schön wäre es gewesen,wennman etwas zu trinken angeboten bekommen hätte. Des weiteren fand ich es total schade, dass es keine Brautschuhe im Sortiment gibt.”

“Dit was de tweede winkel van de dag. Heel fijn dat we zomaar naar binnen konden, zonder afspraak. Fijne grote paskamers met genoeg privacy. De verkoopster was heel behulpzaam, geduldig en duidelijk over het proces. Uiteindelijk zijn we hier niet geslaagd, maar het was wel een leuke en fijne ervaring”

“Thank you Meg for looking after me yesterday and spotting the very small mark and put my chosen dress in for cleaning. The only spoiler Facebook tagged my daughter to say she was at Wed2b with out asking her and friends queried her and her partner.”

“Loredana was an excellent bridal consultant , she was helpful and made me feel comfortable. Glad I had her today. Only thing I would say in regards to Wed2Be is the extras added on which I didn’t ask or need for so added unnecessary additional cost- ie -the storage bags and hanger - you would think would be included , and I didn’t need or ask for a vanity bag”

“Bij binnenkomst wed2b werd ik warm en hartelijk ontvangen en werd uitleg gegeven hoe het gaat en werden me wensen besproken. Diana ging voor mij 4 jurken uitzoeken en daarna werd ik begeleid naar de paskamer.De jurken werden besproken en laten zien waarvan ik zag dat 2 niet mij jurken waren waarop deze 2 werden vervangen voor andere 1 daarvan is dus me droomjurk geworden! Sonia heeft me geweldig lief en leuk geholpen en kreeg alle aandacht waar ik erg emotioneel van werd. Ze luisterde goed naar me wensen . Wat alleen jammer is dat er om een glaasje water voor mij gevraagd moest worden en alleen ik als bruid een glaasje kreeg .we zitten wel een tijdje en de mensen die mee waren kregen niks ik vind dit wel een aandachtspuntje. Verder een geweldige zaak met veel aandacht en met zorg geholpen”

“Julie was nice. She brought another option forward which I hadn’t considered. That dress is now a contender. The bridal party said she wasn’t very enthusiastic but I understand it may have been difficult with my sister having worked in the Bromley branch previously.”

“Visited the Middlesbrough store on the 3-02-2023 and I was helped by Erin. Erin was such a lovely girl and made me feel so at easy as I was overwhelmed entering the shop. Erin dressed me and helped pick my ideal dress giving advice and very informative information. I have dropped a star not for the store or Erin but for another staff member the manager I believe her name was Chloe I may be wrong. Her attitude was short and quite frankly a little bitchy and not in the slightest welcoming. If she had been my assistant on the day I would have left the shop my whole party agreed that she had no customer service skills was rude and would have made them feel unwelcome if she was there assistant.”

“Incredible service today from Meg- no ask was too much. Make me feel very comfortable! We said yes to the dress! Only thing that would have made it a 5 star would to have been offered a glass of bubbly or even a coffee as was not a short visit!”
