“It would have been very good however I didn’t like the new rules of you can only pick 4 dresses and if you want to try different sizes or more dresses then you have to go to the bottom of the queue again. Which wasn’t the case last year when I came with my sister. You feel rushed and it should be a special feeling. However I was able to find the dress after a second visit in one day”

“I visited the Middlesbrough store on the 29th January 2023 to look for my wedding dress. I didn't really know what I was looking for but the staff were really helpful when looking for some dresses for me to try on, however, I did have to wait quite a long time before I was able to try on the dresses I had chosen. Once I was taken into the changing rooms to try on the dresses I was introduced to Vienna who was so lovely and helpful. She made the experience really enjoyable and listened to what I wanted. She explained everything really clearly and was so helpful when I wanted to change the dress by adding sleeves. The only negative from the experience was the length of time we had to wait to try on the dresses, I feel this could have been eliminated if I had been able to book an appointment time. However, this would not stop me from recommending Wed2be as the staff were amazing and I found my most beautiful dream dress! Thank you!”

“Went to Wed2B Baker Street last Saturday and queued up for the 9am opening. There were already 2 bridal entourages in front of us. We were greeted by an assistant who was very welcoming. After registering and checking in we were taken downstairs where the dresses were hanging. I was told that I could pick out and try on 4 dresses maximum. I felt like I was a little rushed picking out the 4 dresses. I chose 4 different styles of gowns: sheath, tea length, mermaid and ballgown. The assistant helps you to get into the dresses in the cubicle whilst my bridal entourage sat outside the cubicle. After stepping into each dress, my assistant would explain what type of gown it was and from which range and the details. My entourage would then take pics and give a score out of 5. I found that the sheath style dress fit me the best and which looked lovely. However, I wasn't ready to buy. I did feel a little pressure to buy the dress then and there. As a compromise, I bought 4 dressing gowns for myself and my bridesmaids. The service was great and the assistant was very helpful with her views. However, I did feel a little rushed in choosing the dresses at the start and pressured into buying a dress. All in all a very good experience.”

“Lovely experience, especially the Swindon store. Minus the heating not working in the winter! The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable. You need to keep in mind a few things, they don't store the same dresses so be prepared to go to several! The bag, box, hanger, underskirt are all extra on top of the dress which addsup quite quickly so keep this in mind when saving for your dream dress. Try on a range of styles... The one I fell in love with wasn't on my list or even an idea. LOVE IT.”

“Big thank you to Vicky for looking after me yesterday we all decided on the best wedding dress to suit me, my day and the fabric/lace I wanted. First shop, first dress I tried so outstanding experience. The only thing I would change is alterations to the dresses needs to be in house as I will need to call around to find someone to conduct alterations and I think this takes away from customer satisfaction hence the 4star instead of 5*.”
