She made me feel completely comfortable, really listened to how I felt, and helped me find the perfect dress — one I instantly fell in love with. “Was rather overwhelmed with information when I first walked in as I had no idea at all as to what I was looking for after an initial look around Kate then took me to try on some of the dresses and made me feel totally comfortable (I am not the most confident of people) she did a brilliant job of putting me at ease helped me with the dresses and deciding what I did and didn’t like about certain styles and which aspects of the dresses I particularly wanted to keep between us we came up with my dream dress and I walked away a very happy lady! 🥰 Thank you Kate for all your time and patience and making me feel like it was all about me without putting any pressure on me whatsoever to purchase Big shout out to the other ladies there to who were equally as kind and very complimentary thank you ladies 🩷”

“I had Yaz today and she made me feel perfect and so comfortable in every dress I tried on. She was so patient with me and made the experience of buying a wedding dress that much better. All the ladies that I spoke to today were amazing and again made the experience better. I would 100000% recommend this store to anyone that is getting married soon. The dresses are amazing and incredibly affordable!”

“Fi Newquay. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses for my spring wedding and Fi was so kind and encouraging. Their knowledge of each dress was incredible and I am so pleased to have found my perfect dress. “I visited the Fleetwood shop last Wednesday and purchased my dream dress! After previously trying it on but not being my size at another shop i was in shock to find they had my size at the Fleetwood shop and it had just come in that morning, felt like I was dreaming! Natalia was the lovely girl who served me and she made me feel wonderful throughout and catered to my every need. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. So so happy! Thank you Natalia 🥰xx”

“I had the loveliest, most special morning at Wed2B choosing the perfect wedding dress! Teresa was absolutely amazing, she was so knowledgable, calm, and took her time to make me and my bridesmaids feel so special. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The price of the dresses are really reasonable, they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from and a lovely range of bridesmaids dresses too. We didn’t feel any pressure or rush and I was able to try out lots of different options and styles. Teresa selected a dress that I hadn’t thought about trying on and I instantly fell in love with it. Thanks to her I have the most beautiful wedding dress and I can’t wait to wear it! I would 100% recommend anyone going to Wed2B for their wedding dress.”

“On Saturday 7th November myself, my mam, daughter and friend visited your Middlesbrough store. I had messaged customer services before we came to the store as my mam has cancer and in the middle of chemotherapy treatment so needed to attend when the store was most likely to be quiet and surely enough we had the store to ourselves. The store had a lift and an accessible toilet which was invaluable and allowed my poorly mam to be able to be a part of me choosing my wedding dress. I will forever be grateful for this. Lynsey looked after us along with another lady unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but was the only other member of staff working that day along with Lynsey. I just wanted to leave a review to thank Lynsey and her colleague for how well they treat us on Friday. See we were all in a bit of a state, my mam had been diagnosed in May after we had booked our 2027 wedding in the April. We brought our wedding forward to May 2026 so we knew mam would be with us. But sadly only 3 weeks ago my partners dad got unexpectedly diagnosed with terminal cancer. So we needed to have our big day even sooner and it was booked for the end of November. That week my partners dad got poorly quickly and the girls won’t know this but he died after we left the store with my wedding dress. Lynsey and her colleague made such a stressful time lovely, they work so hard. And let us cry and laugh and sometimes at the same time. They made us feel comfortable and this was so much appreciated that before we left my daughter went and bought them both a bunch of flowers which was so lovely of her. So even though the day ended in the worst possible way I will still remember how Lynsey made us feel before it. I got my dress and had a lovely time, this is the first time since the summer that me and my mam have been out the house together to go anywhere other than a hospital appointment so girls thank you thank you. Keep on being lovely And making ladies smile and feel as beautiful as they are in preparation for their big day xx love Gemma Phoenix xxxx”

“Jazz at the Arndale shop was very kind and helpful. I was alone doing my wedding dress shopping, and she made me feel completely relaxed and at ease, even though I was quite nervous. She immediately understood my taste and had me out of the store with a dream dress in two hours. Her colleagues were also very nice and welcoming. 5 star experience all around. Thanks again!”
