“Beautiful experience. The stylist Lauren was lovely, she knew exactly what I wanted and was so helpful and kind. And the prices are so reasonable compared to other options. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.”

“Visited your Exeter store with my mum, mum-in-law and my auntie on Friday. I was greeted by the very lovely Vicky who explained how everything works and got my group comfortable! I was really nervous about trying on wedding dresses (I can be quite self-conscious and have two kids so I don’t get dressed up a lot!). Vicky immediately put me at ease! She was really sweet and helpful, listened to everything I liked and didn’t like. Nothing was too much trouble - even when I said I didn’t want to try a few of the dresses she bought out because I knew they weren’t what I wanted! Just smiled and said no worries, we’ll have a rethink and went and got another one. My group disagreed over the dress they wanted me to have but Vicky realised I had a favourite out of the three I tried on and told the group she was putting me back in it, this time with my shoes and a few accessories. I left with the dress I loved and a smile on my face (we laughed a lot the whole time)! Thank you for all your help Vicky, you made a self-conscious mum feel beautiful and I can’t wait to wear my dress xx”

“Visited the Surbiton store today to go wedding dress shopping for the first time. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to find my dress today, actually had it in my head that I wasn’t going to love anything on but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Billie was wonderful, so friendly and calm and she really listened to what I’d asked for and picked out dresses that really gave me an opportunity to try different necklines and material. I found she really put me at ease and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying anything. I actually ended up finding THE dress today! Couldn’t recommend this store or the staff who work here enough!”

“Service was great, price ok. But my review is more on the actual dress. I choose the Yustina. With my wedding been abroad the weight of this dress is IDEAL for flights. The dress is made of organza so super light. I was worried it would be to warm but on the day 34 degrees and it was so airy . An absolute dream. I bought the full package which literally includes everything you’ll need for your wedding dress. Can recommend going for the full package . The consultant was wonderful and very helpful.”

“The most relaxed bridal shop visit. Bromley store, friendly greeting, great dress knowledge & a fantastic friendly consultant. Taylor listened to me, ready reactions, has multiple suggestions with styles and accessories. The manager got involved in appt too so had luxury of another opinion Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I wasn't rushed. I came out extremely happy. They even had the local tailor pop in to inform me clearly of my options to alter my dress. A complete service with wonderful staff. I highly recommend a visit to this store. My experience was totally personalized.”

“A wonderful lady called Sam explained everything to myself and mum asked about the wedding asked about what I liked in dresses Sam was so patient there was no rushing always happy and smiling would highly recommend going to cardiff wed2b big thank you to sam”
