“Had a great experience choosing my dress. Was quick and easy and being able to take my dress home the same day was fab. Nicole was my assistant and she did a fantastic job choosing dresses for me to try on. Truthfully, I was a bit nervous about trying on dresses as I don't like having people fuss over me and get quite uncomfortable with people being in my personal space, but her warm and friendly attitude put me at ease and made the whole experience much less hassle than I was expecting. The rest of the team were great too, chatting away as they passed. It was a Saturday morning and a few ladies came in after me but not once did I feel rushed or like they didn't have the time to spend.”

“Thank you so much! I had a rough idea of what I wanted, which is code to say, I had no idea. And Sarah and Yaz really made me feel at home, testing theories and really listening to what I was saying. They got dresses I didn't even think of but that all had elements I wanted without even knowing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, when I had no idea what to expect, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and helping me find the dress!”

“I had an amazing experience, my first time dressing shopping with 5 months to my wedding! Kim at the Bristol store was absolutely wonderful! We spoke through ideas of what I would like and we pulled a few dresses to try, the first dress was the one! Completely not what I expected to love but I’m soo happy with it. Thank you Kim for making the day so easy and seeing exactly what I needed in a dress!”

“Wat jammer dat jullie geen uitzondering maken op de policy.....mijn dochter trouwt nu in een jurk die ze eigenlijk niet mooi vind. Wat je ook zegt, wed2b houdt vast. Voor onze andere dochter gaan we hier dan ook niet terug.”

“I attended the Bromley store on Monday where I was assisted by the lovely Charlotte who though young in age was experienced and knowledgeable, offering me option that matched my personality, shape and style. Sadly my size wasn’t available so off I went to St Paul’s where I met Elsa. Similar age to Charlotte and equally as helpful. Her soft approach made me feel relaxed. I was excited to try my chosen dress but to ensure that I didn’t purchase prematurely, she brought two similar options for comparison. My heart was set on my first choice so it was a no-brainer when I said YES to the dress. Thank you Elsa and Charlotte for an amazing experience and I can wait to wear my gorgeous A line number next year.”

“I had the most amazing experience at the Hull store! Tara was so lovely and incredibly patient when it came to my indecisiveness. This was my first visit to a Bridal shop and had planned to just try some on and get an idea of what suited me. But instead, ended up leaving with THE Dress! Highly recommend!”

“I went to the shop to see what accessories they had for my hair. Natallia was really helpful and friendly. I was allowed to put my dress on that I hadn't bought from them so I could see what it looked like. Natallia was very helpful with her ideas, professional and friendly. I would have bought my dress from them but had left it too late. Would highly recommend. Staff are so friendly and welcoming x”

“Could not have been happier. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I find things like dress choosing stressful, Wed2b made me feel totally at ease and comfortable. I was impressed by how spacious the store was, I wasn't rushed, and the whole experience was lovely and relaxing. I tried 4 dresses on, and found my perfect one, I absolutely love it. “I was pleasantly surprised at the service and set up at Wed2b after visiting other bridal shops! I had Kim as our bridal specialist and she was fab!! I didn’t end up trying any of the dresses on my wish list but Kim pulled out plenty of alternatives that were so beautiful and ended up picking THE ONE! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress!!”

“I had such a great experience at the Derby branch on Saturday! Teresa was so helpful and made the whole experience very special for me and my mum, sister and niece. She listened to what I wanted and got me to try things out of my comfort zone. All of the staff made me feel so comfortable and so great in all the dresses I tried on. Thanks to Teresa, I found my perfect dress and she helped me find accessories too. I can’t wait to wear it.”
