“I am very happy with the service I received at wed2b Rotterdam! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. My dress is beautiful. I was assisted by Eva, who offered excellent service. She was very kind and helped me find my perfect dress. I recommend Wed2b 100% 😊. I have a perfect day there!”

“Yasmin was fantastic, I was very nervous being a bigger bride. She made Me feel at ease and beautiful, helped me In and out of dresses and tried different styles on and was a big factor in saying yes to the dress. I can't thank her and the team enough for making this experience as great as it was.”

“Kim was excellent and made me feel so at ease. Listened to everything I asked for and wasn’t pushy on anything. The only negative I would say was the wait to be seen but it was definitely worth it in the end 🥰”

“My time with wed2be has been amazing. Super friendly and kind staff always happy to help and didn't mind when I wanted to try the same dress on more than once. Sally was extremely patient and and knew the exact vibe I was going for. She gave me time in the changing room alone and that allowed me to really think about each dress before having everyone's input. Amazing the first dress she showed me will be the one I have on my wedding day. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Shannon at Cardiff Store was kind, considerate to all my likes and dislikes. Whilst being very attentive she suggested dresses I wouldn't normally try but suggested to add sleeves belt etc. Which made the dress I said yes too.”

“Kyann was the most superb person to help me on my wedding dress journey. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted. Thought I found the one but she knew exactly what she was doing and threw in a wildcard and it turned out to be the one! She made this day so perfect! Thank you!”

“Rylie at the Southampton store and Tiffany at customer services have both been amazing. I always said I wouldn't allow myself to fall in love with a dress during my first visit - but I did, and it was the wild card Rylie brought out. She really knows her stuff and genuinely listens to her customers. Tiffany has helped me several times today, with quick responses on email and the phone. I've had a wonderful experience so far, and I look forward to returning to collect my dress and then again in a few months to shop for bridesmaids dresses!”

“I can't recommend Wed2B Carlisle enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Elsa was so friendly and welcoming, and their relaxed, pressure-free approach made all the difference. I had the space and support to really enjoy the experience. They were incredibly efficient and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for, the very first dress I tried on ended up being my dream dress! Thank you for making such a special moment even more memorable!”

“Had the most amazing experience at the Wed2B Southampton store. (05.07.2025). With both of the ladies Rylie and Chloe were amazing. They listened to everything I wanted in a dress and absolutely delivered! They even kept a few little details quiet for me x Both ladies were so welcoming and complimentary and gave me the most wonderful experience a first time Bride could have. And the best thing is all the dresses are reasonably priced as well! Ultimately I walked away with my dream dress and I cannot wait to show her off! Albeit a little while off yet. Thankyou so much ladies you truly do know your brides x”
