“Lauren in the Chesham branch was excellent. She instantly knew the dress and style I had in my mind. She gave me other options and a different style I did not think of but did not overwhelm me with too many options. She listened and was able to answer any concern I had. I was lucky to be the only wedding party in the store but I am sure if there had been lots of other brides in the store it would not have changed the service we were given. Thank you”

“Just wanted to pop on and leave a review. I would 100 per cent recommend wed2be Northampton, I had been scanning dresses on their website loved some but wasn’t in love with them, until the positano came out, I knew that was my dress. Came to Northampton store and they had it but not in my size but still allowed me to try on so I could picture myself in it. Again I knew this was the one. Jade hunted high and low for a store to have the dress in my size, and boy did she deliver!! Jade kept me up to date with the processes and contacted my as soon as it arrived. It was everything and more. Thank you so much!!”

“Lisa was really helpful and showed us so many options for veils and accessories etc. Really supported me making decisions but didn't feel at all pressured to try anything that I wasn't sure about. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Had a great experience choosing my dress. Was quick and easy and being able to take my dress home the same day was fab. Nicole was my assistant and she did a fantastic job choosing dresses for me to try on. Truthfully, I was a bit nervous about trying on dresses as I don't like having people fuss over me and get quite uncomfortable with people being in my personal space, but her warm and friendly attitude put me at ease and made the whole experience much less hassle than I was expecting. The rest of the team were great too, chatting away as they passed. It was a Saturday morning and a few ladies came in after me but not once did I feel rushed or like they didn't have the time to spend.”

And Sarah and Yaz really made me feel at home, testing theories and really listening to what I was saying. They got dresses I didn't even think of but that all had elements I wanted without even knowing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, when I had no idea what to expect, and I couldn't have had a better experience. “I had an amazing experience, my first time dressing shopping with 5 months to my wedding! Kim at the Bristol store was absolutely wonderful! We spoke through ideas of what I would like and we pulled a few dresses to try, the first dress was the one! Completely not what I expected to love but I’m soo happy with it. “Wat jammer dat jullie geen uitzondering maken op de policy.....mijn dochter trouwt nu in een jurk die ze eigenlijk niet mooi vind. Wat je ook zegt, wed2b houdt vast. Voor onze andere dochter gaan we hier dan ook niet terug.”
